Phoenix Rock Gymn has been around since 1992. Has the best staff checking on everyone for a safe and fun experience at the gym. Highly recommended.

This place is so fun! It's a big warehouse with different levels for climbing. My 7 year old had fun here, but older kids/ adults would love it too.

I don’t know if I’ll ever find a climbing gym this good again. Very reasonable prices and the atmosphere is immaculate. 100x better than any of those chain gyms. I wish I lived here just so I could climb here weekly.

Great support. They know to build community around them. $5 for toddlers incl rental is a steal. Recommended

Love this place. Been climbing here longer than, well 90% of the staff has been alive. No Corporate America feel to it, great route setting, (they don't just make the holds farther apart to make the route harder like some places in town), friendly staff, fun free mini comps to help push yourself with no pressure. They support local Mountain Rescue and fire departments so you should support them. Where else can you tie up your partner on a first date and tell your friends about it?

Great gym, great staff. some routes can be 60 -70' long. I have always gone there by myself and always found someone to climb with. Not many leaders, so if you are looking to lead better come with your climbing partner. Found the rating a bit soft but I wouldn't rate a climbing gym based on that.

Great place to go climb. Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff, with affordable rates and rental gear. First time there you have to watch an orientation video and spend some time with staff learning what you need to do.

Compared to other rock climbing gyms. This one has a really small bouldering area. The tape on the walls bit confusing since on one hold there could be multiple colors of tape. Not sure where to finish. I did wish this bouldering was bigger so people wouldn't have to walk underneath me while I was in the middle of climbing. There is a second floor for bouldering but sadly it's for members only. I recommend to anyone if you want to boulder, go to another gym since it's very claustrophobic. Another gym would have same color holds, more room for safety and even a better supervision.
