This club is disappointingly filthy. I've been to PF clubs where the employees are constantly moving, they are cleaning, the amenities are full. The Tempe West club is dirty. The employees are just chatting or on their phones. The windows and mirrors are always dirty. The paper towels and spray bottles of cleaner are near or empty. I know PF can do better, I've seen it in other clubs. And it all starts with the leadership. It's apparent the managers at this club do not care to hold their employees accountable.

Nice quiet location, the gym itself designed good where cardio can be done upstairs and weight lifting down stairs, clean and friendly service, only thing is always out of paper towels and bathroom’s floor always wet.

I love it here! It's the place to be. I enjoy the atmosphere and perks PF offers as a black card member. The staff are amazing as well.

I recently joined this planet fitness because it is close to my job. So far I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and the equipment is in great condition.

I wish the staff spend more time cleaning the showers. Each day I go here this week between 4 - 7 pm. so far, it just gotten worse. Staff are behind the front desk talking instead of cleaning. I was going to take pictures and post it, maybe I will if it's gross again when I am there today.

I’m going back to EŌS Fitness. Now, I understand that there are certain rules and regulations. One of them regarding the lockers only being for daily use. However, I commute to this gym EVERY SINGLE DAY as it is my HOME location.It was easier for me to leave my mat and more exercise tools there with a lock. I’ve literally had my lock cut 4 times within the past 2 weeks because of this policy. All of the staff is familiar with me or have at least seen me in passing. I’ve never had this issue at any other planet fitness, especially when you have a rapport with regulars.I guess I can respect the policy, but just not the gym for me. Beware, YOU WILL NOT BE MADE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE. The locker room is small and just a weird group of people doing improper techniques ✌🏾
