Visually a very clean gym and not too busy. Spacious locker rooms and shower area. Equipment seemed to be in good shape. A big negative was the showers, while spacious, they were not clean. I visited twice today, once at 11am then again at 9pm. Every shower looked exactly the same at night visit, the same gigantic hair ball was still on the floor. Gym restrooms need to be checked and cleaned if necessary on the hour. Great location but this issue can be fixed easily.

Great place for a clean, no judgement work out! If your a black card member you get the extra amenities. Hydro massage and the tanning beds. They now offer disposable eye protection for your convenience at the front desk. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I only visit here a few times a year but every time it’s clean and consistent, thank you.

First time joining a gym and I love. The staff are awesome! Alvin gave me a tour and answered all of my questions. Saesha (hope that's spelled correctly) greets me every morning by name and is super helpful. Wes developed a workout routine that works for me. The place is super clean. Tempe West is where it's at folks!

I was impressed without how clean everything was, there was even a girl cleaning the restroom when I came in. Plenty of open machines, the only thing I didn't like was that they were showing Fox 'News' on some of the tvs. Please consider useing parental settings to block news channels or at least the obviously biased ones from being shown. We get bombarded enough with politics and 'news' everywhere else, would love for the gym to be a reprieve from that.

Great place to workout because the gym is always clean, staff is friendly and there are so many workout machines to choose from that I never wait for one! Lastly, the membership is very affordable for my budget. I highly recommend Planet Fitness.

Planet fitness has the best price, and the best staff. Morning staff is very nice and helpful, Christine, Rebekah and Sayshaiais are the sweetest and I enjoying seeing each one of them every morning. Christine has a great smile and always greets you as you walk in. Rebekah always has friendly conversations. Sayshaia is kind and a great employee. They all give genuine smiles when entering the gym. All three women make this location great and they are the reason I keep coming back. This Planet fitness has great showers, large shower space and has a staff that cares.

Amazing clean friendly staff! Always on top of their game and helpful! One of the staff members Brian is super amazing at his job always cleaning and went above and beyond when he helped me and my son sign up a while back. Love this place!

Just joined, and Planet Fitness is by far the BEST gym ever!! It beats out every other gym. They have 3times the equipment, hydro powered massage chairs, deep tissue massage chairs, tanning and a great 30 minute work out area, great for beginners and people getting back to it. This planet fitness is not even a year old yet. The facility is very clean and the staff continues the upkeep. Everyone has been nice and in my personal experience they leave you to your workout and don't bother you. Great gym.

Tried their free day pass. With that said, I was hoping the gym would be awesome!Of course too good to be true. Their cable machines... if your changing the weight they fall straight down to the ground. So, when I was changing the weight it fell straight on my head. For both times people just stared? If I was someone who witnessed this I would ask if the person was ok, but nope nothing. I tried another cable machine they did the same thing, as they all did. Most fitness places cable machines when your changing from the rope, to the bar for lat pull downs etc, they don’t fall on you. This should not be a concern, but at this gym it is. If you want to injure yourself and have no staff help you out, please go here! They had no idea about it, so I showed them and they didn’t even say anything.They could not even provide an ice pack even though they offered it? Who offers someone something and then just won’t speak of it again. There are plenty of good gyms in the area, please stay away from this one if you are looking to lift weights. If you want to get treated horrible by staff, who don’t care or not even apologize and possibly injured from their horrible weight equipment, join this gym! Also side note some machines the weight is not even labeled...The manager got back to me very late, weeks later from this, and did not address the issue of what happened. If something really was wrong it would be too late. Please get better staff and care about your customers safety. The fact that you guys don’t care and so laid back about it when people are hurt. Don’t join this gym.
