I joined and have been happy ever since! The aqua massage chairs are a treat, the tanning stations are clean and convenient. Also a reasonable price to be a member!

Quite clean and decorative. The staff was polite and unassuming. The facility is small, so there isn't much distance between each machine & it creates a feeling of congestion. And i only see one row machine. There's a larger variety of machines compared to the other Tempe location.

I love this Planet Fitness. It is clean and the staff is super nice. They remember my name and say hi every single day. I recently had to move and transfer clubs. The girl who helped me with this told me the staff at the Tempe location said hi. Pretty awesome that they remembered me. I have been to some other locations but this one by far is the best.

We are currently members of a different gym (a BETTER one, clearly) and signed up for a day pass to try this gym out. When we got there they said they don’t do day passes even though we booked it online with this exact address. No one was helpful and their only solution was to just sign up for a membership. No thanks, left a terrible taste in our mouth and won’t be back to this location or any Planet Fitness locations.

They are very nice staff but I have to give it low marks for the lack of cleanliness. The men's locker room is pretty gross at times. You never see anybody cleaning here and it shows

This place isn't crazy busy and I love how the staff doesn't hover or push training or anything else of the sort. The staff is friendly and helpful! I love PF! The gym is clean and supplies to wipe down the equipment are always stocked. It can get pretty busy at times.

I like this PF. My boyfriend and I work out together here and there is always enough space for us to do our warm up and there are more than enough machines for us to utilize. The distance is super convenient for us too! The staff is also friendly.

Returning member I am having second thoughts. I don't remember this gym or any other gym smelling so bad. I should of realized this when there was a pair of dirty shorty right outside the door. Plant fitness employee seem to be on their phones or talking with other staff members. No mopping or cleaning in progress.Reply to response. Second day of dirty short outside door as you walk inside. Not my place to tell someone to keep their facility clean.Time to cancel my membership.

Very pleasant staff. Great layout & cleanliness of the showers. (If unclean, it's usually just after an inconsiderate jerk of a member guest. Otherwise, great.) Good working machines. The massage area is nice and quiet, AS IT SHOULD BE, so one can relax before or after work. May the club continue great work & not slack.

This is the first gym I have ever joined...big deal. The whole staff is friendly, the equipment is always clean and in good condition. I have been training with Terryn since I started and he is wonderful, he has a very realistic but positive attitude and has been great at helping me learn how to work out.
