Hours keep getting more and more restrictive. We signed up for 24/7 in 2019, were loyal and kept paying even during the pandemic. Now it's 2023 and they still close at 9pm amd 10pm. PF only cares about profits now, not their customers. It's a different vibe (their response to this review proves that–completely unsympathetic to people who work odd hours. Lowered my review to 1 star instead of 2). We've decided to cancel officially.

I've been to a lot of locations but this one is my favorite. Dom puts up with me every morning but I know Frankie has my back in the afternoons. Their a solid team. Both super knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.Thanks Frankie! 💜 Thanks Dom! 💜

The staff is always very polite and helpful. It’s very clean and simple, not very crowded. Unless you go in the peak hours which is 4 to 7 PM in a great gym if you just want to get in, do your workout and get out.

I love the huge showers, but on the flip side, I like to unwind from the stress of life when I come to planet fitness so I don't immediately workout, I chill for a second in the locker room but I hate to admit I feel monitored while unwinding. I hope it's not because of being black in Arizona. We are all God's children this is not a popular group like we're in highschool. We all are are culture and we should start acting like it. All lives matter!!!! ✊🏿✊🏽✊🏻

Amazing staff esp the staff member with blond curly hair, she was very friendly. The locker rooms are very clean. It gets busy since its a nice location.

I'm a delivery driver, wife, Grandma & Mother so need a break often. Planet gives me a place to stay up on top of my health. I can charge my phones too 😁 this way I can keep laying food at front doors and in the hands of my customers daily.If I want to freshen up the showers are nice and clean.Most of all it's all around fun to see Your mind body changing for the better 🙂

A very clean gym. Definitely one of the best I have been to so far in Phoenix. The staff here is very friendly. They always are readily available to be of service. The equipment and Spa is always working. The restroom and showers are ALWAYS clean and have small stools to accommodate you while in their hot shower. I love it and I have had some amazing and unforgettable experiences here at this location. Thank you Jesus for the men and women who work while heartedly to put a smile on our faces.
