I have been going to this gym for the past 6 months or so with few complaints. It’s laid back and usually has what you need for a good workout.Probably could use a few more stationary bikes as it seems like one or two of them are broken and definitely more than one rowing machine.It would be nice if they were open as early on the weekends as they are on the weekdays, but I suppose I am in the minority of people that want to go workout at 4:30 am on a Saturday 😂

Best Planet Fitness and Gym in Arizona!The manager here is a pure professional, who provides great customer service to his members, and exceptional training to his employees who reflect his greatness.The gym is always clean and full of great energy and vibrations! The front desk staff always greets me with a smile, and will answer all of your questions accurately and with confidence.The gym itself offers great equipment with up to 75lb dumbells, plenty of smith machines and other tools to get ripped! So... Focus! LolThe gym floor is very spacious, and I never feel claustrophobic. The A/C is super cold even in 110 degree weather, its amazing!Thank you PF Team!!! Keep crushing it!

The front desk agents here are always friendly and helpful and I never feel bad asking for help. The facilities are super clean and it’s so nice to have the massage beds and hydro massagers and the red light therapy. This was a major factor in choosing PF.

Not a bad location. Machines were well kept and the black card area is giant. They need to add something more to use the space. Sooo much space. Needs to be 24hr again. Our franchisee is just milking it. The gyms are packed full. Too full too hot too with the extra bodies. Not sure if employees explain express workout area well enough. It was nice and empty. Other locations get jammed up with people using equipment who aren’t doing the circuit which can be dangerous because you trip over their gym bags.

My gym rocks. Whether I'm in here lifting, walking on the treadmill or just ran in to shower from a day of hanging .The staff always great and cheerful as You walk in

I have been going to planet fitness my whole life and never had a single issue. Last time I went I was talked to in the most condescending and entitled way by an unprofessional disrespectful individual named Adam. I wasn't grunting or making noise but apparently on my last rep the weight made a sound so he felt the need to talk to me very disrepectfully saying to me" I'm not going to tell you again" like I'm a child. I left shortly after that since I felt very uncomfortable and didn't want to make a scene but they really need to get rid of him since he seems to hate his job and have no respect for customers.

I cancelled my membership with Planet Fitness at this gym about 2 months ago (didn't have a problem with the in person help, they were very understanding and assured me my membership was canceled), but they continued to charge me. After getting the bank involved to stop payments, Planet Fitness proceeded to charge me through another means for the money that they took from my account when I was no longer a client there. Very disappointed in this company. Any gym worth their salt won't go out of their way to take payments from a cancelled membership. (also be aware that if PF has your debit card, you won't have control over them making charges on your account, even if you cancel. Provide them only with your bank information, not your debit card. They did not mention this when I signed up.)

Very rude employee with messy bun. Would not allow me to enter without my ID Tuesday night. I PAY to come here and not once have I had to show ID to use the membership I PAY for! I didn’t have it on me because I do not bring my wallet to the gym. She Refused to let me in, I had to drive back home didn’t even bother coming back considering canceling after that experience.

Today I went in around 1245/1pm, there was a guy working the front that I haven’t seen before. He welcomed me in and when I scanned my tag, as we know our picture pops up. The last time I took my picture was about 2/3 years ago, since then I’ve had a baby (2months ago) and started medical school so never had as much time to workout. When my picture popped up he proceeded to turn the computer screen all the way around asking if it was me in the photo I told him it was, he told me, “Wow you look very different, way different. I don’t get paid enough to argue about this.” I told him I know I look different I’ve gained a lot of weight. He calls the other guy and shows how different I look claiming it was not me, I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. I went to the bathroom after that and had to control my emotions before I lost it. I’m not sure if he’s considerate of others feelings but he must not know it is a judgement free zone, I felt very uncomfortable and ashamed to be there, as if I didn’t belong in there. This happened December 17, 2020. It’s upsetting that this happened because I used to always feel very comfortable and welcomed going into this planet fitness.

Wonderful staff! Quiet and well stocked with all the equipment you need. Wish there were one or 2 more racks but overall great place for whatever training you're trying to do.
