I love the easy convenience of all the locations across country of planet fitness as a black card member, I love the water massage massage and massage chairs it's wonderful feeling after working out!!

Staff are so helpful with assisting you. Always happy to answer questions about the equipment. I’m a black card member and love the additional perks. Massage bed is awesome after a workout. Gym is clean and not crowded. If I had a suggestion it would be to get at least a part time trainer. I don’t want to go to a different location to see a trainer.

This bright, cheery gym is low cost, clean, well maintained, and usually not so busy as to have to wait for equipment or machines.

I have been a member at Planet Fitness for two years. I go several times a week to work out. The facility and equipment is always clean and well taken care off. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend Ahwautukee Planet Fitness. I never have to wait to use the equipment I use for my workouts.

I was a member at planet fitness for over 7 years. I would go to what I thought was the best planet fitness off Ray RD. And the 10 freeway in Ahwatukee/Chandler. I moved to Maricopa and started going to that gym. Shortly after being at that gym the employees started harassing me and constantly interrupting my workout claiming I was breaking policies. To add to the situation one member would continually complain about me and try to provoke me then one day in the parking lot he tried to purposely ram my car with his, then went and made a complaint after I confronted him. After this, the manager Sherry from the Ahwatukee gym called me to say she wanted to get my side of the situation of what has been going on….. shortly after the conversation started she said I m just a messenger the higher ups have cancelled you! Not only was I being harassed I was being discriminated due to my appearance as I look like a bodybuilder, however I just enjoy working out. Also I was informed there were several situations where the employees were going in the computer and making reports about me but never confronting me or informing me I was breaking policy in their minds! I use to be told by people planet fitness doesn’t allow people like me to workout there, and after these recent issues I now see that planet fitness and their employees are using discriminatory business practices by their employees based upon personal insecurities and masculine hating motives! The Maricopa and Ahwatukee locations are horrible places to workout along with the rest of the gyms! Also the member who tried to ram my car didn’t even know my name and planet fitness provided him my information, which is illegal by providing another member with private information of another member! After all these years I finally agree with others, that planet fitness is not a gym that is a place where all can achieve their fitness goals, Woke employees who can’t stand masculinity harassing members who aren’t the typical out of shape person. Also, the Maricopa location had been harassing members who train like bodybuilders or members who workout with a specific goal to gain size and mass! I would advise to avoid these woke gyms in the future!

I recently returned back to Planet Fitness since the pause because of the pandemic. i was pleasantly surprised to see the upgraded equipment and a stronger emphasis on the sanitary environment for all participants to join staff in creating a sanitary and safe environment for everyone.There is better spacing of equipment and a hands-free check-in with the App for the facility and other aids to assist the customers to maximize our experience at Planet Fitness. Pricing and value are in proper alignment with my experience at this facility.I am a very satisfied customer who is looking to continue my personal journey for better health and fitness for this year and beyond.

Great equipment, friendly front desk and good vibe. Even with the JAN rush, with their "crowd meter" on the app I can see easily how crowded the gym is before I plan my visit.

I have been to probably over 50 PFs across the country. And this one is the best I’ve been too. Has the latest equipment, very clean, and so far hasn’t been crowded during the day. Only one machine broken, when I’m used to most PFs having multiple machines out of commission. Well spaced out so people aren’t on top of each other. Friendly staff, as most PFs have.

Brand new equipment and dumbbells. Very, very clean gym and locker room and very low key atmosphere. Nice staff that don't disappear if you need something. Plenty of TV'S for cardio machines. Great price too.
