This place is amazing. I left EOS fitness because they only let you use the hydromassage once a day. This place doesn't mind you using it several times in a day. The equipment here is the same as L.A. Fitness, Mountain Fitness or even EOS Gym. So why pay for expensive gym membership when you can get a better price?The staff is very receptive and pleasant. Especially this one girl who works there, Willow, everytime I am there, she's always on her feet working. (You should give her a raise)🙂

I've been here before so I just signed up today once again and and everybody was so friendly the only thing I didn't like about it is they used to be 24 hours but because of the pandemic it's all restricted now. But a lot of the planet fitness centers are starting to go back to 24 hours

I’m assuming this is company wide and not just my gym - but PF offers a free summer membership for kids / teenagers. I think that’s an awesome idea but I feel it has backfired in other aspects. I’m constantly being bumped into and feet being stepped on while I’m actively working out because teenagers are using the gym like a McDonald’s Jungle Gym. This location usually had several employees and they all hang up at the front desk with the exception of putting the new employees to work while they all sit up front. No one is watching these kids and I see them literally hanging from machines. And this gym is very spaced out (which I love) so there’s really no reason for anyone to be bumping into me while I’m mid set. That’s so dangerous and disruptive. I’ve asked for a credit for June and July since this free membership started but never heard back. I walk in and it’s now a lot of teenagers running the show and I shouldn’t have to be watching these kids.If you offer free memberships to KIDS then someone needs to be watching to make sure they aren’t disrupting other members and using machines for what they are intended for.Other than this summer program I love this gym. It’s clean, spacious and I never have issues with machines. I just wish they kept more control of the kids in there. It’s more of a daycare.

Every time I go to visit this location (my main location), every staff member is friendly, courteous & professional. I have disabilities and they always accommodate my needs. It’s really nice to have this “younger generation” act & work the way they do. Thank You!

Forgot my razor in the shower. Came back two days later, used the same shower and the razor was still there! Employees are more concerned about harassing you when your mask slips a little while working out, than actually keeping the gym cleaned and sanitized.

Always clean. Always friendly staff. If your new to working out then this is definitely the best option. You can't go wrong. Stop in and get a membership today

As with all planet fitness (not just this location), great gym. Price is amazing. It lives up to the slogan of not feeling intimidated, and it's always clean and just a great place to workout

Preety clean and less crowds to start working out again. They have limited group fitness as well which helps me keep going to gym. Enough equipment to work out without wait and good social distribution... Overall safe place to work out...

Love that this location is not over crowded with people! The front desk guys are nice and very helpful. I have been to other gyms since COVID restrictions have been lifted and they are way over crowded and I feel very uncomfortable, but not here.

This gym severely lacks customer service, consistency, and most importantly safety.In November, my partners truck was in process of being broken into in the parking lot (it was locked) and we were robbed at gun point-no lights on in the parking lot (which PF has control over). Conveniently no camera help from PF and blasé response/reaction.Went in tonight and someone was robbed inside the building (locker breakin).Bottom line this gym is not safe-inside our out-and the employees are not consistent with checking people in (guests and members) or being aware of the environment. (I have been a guest and have no issue checking in or sharing my credentials but bottom line I’ve only been asked once or twice since I’ve been going with my partner).What you save in membership fees you’ll lose in peace of mind.
