Ive been coming to this location for almost a year now and it's been great the entire time. The entire gym is very clean, I've never had to wait for a machine and when they break down they always get fixed very quickly. The staff members are very friendly.

Nice, clean, non-threatening facility. Worth the Black Card membership. Love the HydroMassage beds! Good selection of equipment. Easy to follow directions on each piece of equipment, but always someone to help if needed.

Place looks small when you first go in but it’s only because they have most of their aerobic stuff on the second floor. All the equipment I used was in great shape and the showers were nice and hot. One of the nicer planet fitness is I’ve been to since I started traveling.

My experience in this specific gym has been really good, all the staff is friendly and they all help me a lot. I got the black card since the first time I came here. I'm personally training for future fitness competitions and Daniel (the trainer) has been really dedicated in helping me with my goals. They not only help their members to be stronger physically, they help us to be also mentally stronger by motivating us to keep going and to reach our goals. If we talk about the gym itself, I personally love the setting of the machines and I like the fact that the black area is upstairs so you can actually relax after a good workout. They always keep improving their staff and the installations. If you are in the Chandler/Ahwatukee area, I'll definitely say this is the gym you have to come to. Five stars and keep it up!

Been coming to this location for about 4 years now, great gym, well taken care of, fun atmosphere, but the employee turnover rate here is insane. Used to walk in and was greeted by friendly staff, and now there’s literally new faces every day and what seems like new management every month. Seems like employees are losing their friendliness in this place which is a huge bummer for me.

Even among other Planet Fitness clubs this place is the bee's knees. Always equipment available, locker rooms and bathrooms are always clean, and even when it super busy you almost never have to wait for any machine, as there are at least two or more of everything. Friendly staff, and great vibe! Great gym! About to go get an hour in now! : )

Planet Fitness on Ray Road is a very welcoming gym. it's got cool colors of purple and yellow. It doesn't make you feel anxiety or competitiveness or make you feel less than because you're not at a high level of exercise fitness. The staff are very nice. There are tanning beds and another type of machine that you stand in it, it girates all your body and it's supposed to exercise all your muscles. There's a room to do a 30 minute workout with a green light and a red light moving from machine to machine. The greatest part of Planet Fitness is the Hydro Bed massage but it's only good for 7 minutes but if you call downstairs after it stops you could get her to add another 7 minutes plus there's a massage chair that they will give you three coins for 15 minutes max to use it. It kind of sucks because you paid $20 a month $10 extra to use the massage chairs and beds but yet you have to keep going downstairs to make them add more time on it to even make it worthwhile. That's my only complaint as well as them favoring Fox News and making us have to watch it as of the number one station which obviously has a biased towards that propaganda. Why don't they give equal time and use CNN as well? This is not a local decision but a corporate so obviously somebody likes Fox News and Donald Trump. Other than those two things it's a perfectly wonderful place to work out and I highly recommend it to be your first choice of a local gym.

The Chandler location is a great place to get some work in. It's very rarely too busy that I have to make a slight adjustment to my routine. The staff is always friendly and genuinely happy to see and interact with the clients. I can go to any other PF location but I call this one home.

the gym is very clean and has all the equipment that most work out enthusiasts need. Tori on the evening shift is particularly great at greeting the members and guests and seeing that the facility is well managed.

Almost everyone at the front desk calls me by name when I enter & leave. The rest are always at the very least friendly and welcoming. No one ever bugs me to upgrade my membership. I appreciate the genuine kindness, without the pushy sales.
