CLOSE AT 8 PM ON THE **WEEKEND** ??!Are you kidding me?Also they have no scale, which is pretty dumb for a place where everyone is watching (losing or maintaining) their weight. Forget the petty obsession with brand messaging and provide a thing of obvious and incontrovertible VALUE to your customers.

nicholas is the nicest front desk worker ever! he helped me when i needed to pay off my 6 late payments and made me feel better about the fact i was so behind. usually i would have been embarrassed but he gave me no judgment! this is truly a judgment free zone!

Great gym, my only complaint is that the tanning rooms get unimaginably hot. So if u like saunas, the tanning rooms are right up there with that amount if heat lol

This is one of the worst planet fitness around. They've been having air conditioning problems for YEARS and they never fix it and they always say it just barely happened. Liars. Also the design of the shower/changing area sucks. They have the dressing booth SEPARATE from the shower and that SUCKS.

Not my home PF, was visiting for the week.Nice and clean, not your typical layout. Has a lot of cardio machines upstairs.Right off the highway, so easy to get to.

I went in to this location three months ago & spoke to a girl at the front desk to cancel my membership. I check my finances from the last couple months & realize ive still been getting charged every month for a membership that I haven't used. No refund issued either. Don’t recommend planet fitness & never will.

I like Planet Fitness and especially the one on Ray and I-10. I've gone so much that they recognize me and realize when I don't show up. This is great customer service. Place is clean. 3 rating because it's a bit upsetting that the A/C isn't working and it's been out for many months however now that it's cooling down that doesn't matter. I hope they have it fixed by summer 2022

I go to this gym for 2 reasons. 1 it's conveniently close to where I work, I get Done at work and head to the gym. This place is very well kept and the people there are nice and not doing weird things at the gym. 2 is that there's this really REALLY gorgeous girl there that cought me lookin at her and she's been giving me the Googly eyes and smiles. Honestly she's been giving me all the motivation to work out with just how she looks at me... I should go talk to her. God she's so cute. Now I'm too nervous HA!

I have been a member for a year, enjoyed working out at this location, and provided feedback whenever asked. But today I was really disappointed when I renewed membership. When I joined last year, I pain in full for 12 months and was told except for the payment everything else was the same as the classic membership. But now when I renew, I was asked to pay the one-time enrollment fee again. It doesn't make sense: I'm already member and why do I have to pay the one-time enrollment fee again that was included in the last year payment. And right after I renewed the membership with the full 12 month payment, I wanted to cancel it to switch to the classic membership to avoid paying the one-time enrollment fee in the future, I was told it was nonrefundable!!! It was a really disappointing experience.

OK So I hope I dont have no trouble today. I paid the dues the entire time during the epidemic and never went once. I got all the shots and boosters so here I go. It was a good place. No reason they needed to re-arrange it unless they wanted to try to cram more equipment in there. I'm going at 4 to avoid people I hope! I HOPE SOMEDAY SOON THEY WILL BE OPEN TWENTY FOUR HOURS A DAY AGAIN!!! LETS GO 24 / 7 AGAIN!!!!OK 6a.m. Everything looks about the same. All new purple weight machines and all the ones still there that were my favorites. I was the oldest one there. I like that! HINT: 4 a.m. is not a good time for YOU to go!
