I signed up for a no commitment membership, went through the contract, read specifically how to cancel the membership and I went through the process, a hand written letter delivered and certified to cancel my membership. Since they received the letter, confirmed received, I’ve been charged $130. I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails and have been completely ignored for a month. It’s extremely unprofessional and unacceptable that a company who promotes all this human wellness is essentially stealing my money. My letter was received, I included all of the information required in the contract as well as the Planet Fitness terms of service so this branch knows I wanted my membership cancelled yet they still charge me and ignore me. It’s nuts that I have to go to the BBB to get this resolved, essentially all of the PF in Phoenix have a BBB rating of F, if I knew that before hand I would’ve never signed up

Great PF location. Machines are newer and well-maintained, staff is always helpful and friendly, and atmosphere is nice too. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great local gym. Well worth the monthly membership cost, in my opinion.

Went to this particular planet fitness last Tuesday. It was okay, bit WAY to hot to workout in. Super uncomfortable. Also wanted to workout in the 30 minute circuit area and there was no red light/green light to use for timing like other planet fitness gyms I have been to. I’ll be going to another PF.

Love it. The staff is nice, the place is clean and I dig the colors. It is convenient, there is a lot of parking. The other gym-goers are nice. The option of going upstairs to do exercise is cool. Over each trash can are spray bottles of sanitizer and rolls of paper to wipe off your machine when you're done (take responsibility for your own health - before you use it!). There are at least two or more of each type of machine. There is no specialized machine for doing calf workouts, but you can do them on the leg press machine.

I love having my planet fitness membership because it hardly costs me anything per month and I've been getting into the good shape I've wanted to be in. Plus in case of any worries of germs on the machines they now have everybody wipe their machines so it stays clean. I constantly see the workers cleaning up and they are always super friendly. Plus with my black card membership I get access to basically everything. The tanning booths, the massage chairs, the hydro massages, and the entire floor. This place is nice for people looking to save money getting back in shape would recommend this place!!!

This gym is wonderful. Extremely nice workers and clean. There is always a spray bottle and towels to clean anything before using it which is extremely helpful during this time. I am a black card member and the benefits are outstanding! I highly recommend the water massage beds they are magical, Lol.

Big gym. Lots of machines, but they are different than machines at other planet fitnesss. Two levels which was new to me plastic shower curtains, four shower stalls, friendly staff. Clean and good social distancing in effect.

First and last time at this location. Pppr customer service. I was standing in tanning booth for over 10 minite waiting and waiting. Called front desk and they wanted me to wait since they werw w someone. Just wanted to let you know I was before said customer wanting to use of my amenties. Massahers broken too. Less spray bottles, less balance balls, less foam rollers. Just less than my expectations.

Very clean and spacious area, wasn't too crowded like some gyms having to "fight" for machines. Super friendly staff and direct directions so you won't get lost. I feel welcome and I didn't get bothered by anyone.

Here's why it's a great choice for me, first it's $10 a month! I don't visit that often with my schedule, so I'm not burning money when I don't go. Second, they have all the machines I can imagine and a few I haven't figured out yet 😁.Third, nobody at the gym bothers me when I'm working out. There is a coach if you want but I like my alone time. They have Wi-Fi so you may stream your tunes without eating up your data plan.Recommended.
