Good place to workout. Stretching area could be better. They need bigger mats. The individual mats aren't great. They could use racing bikes instead of the stationary bikes they have. All considered it's a great value. The new routine for using the massage tables and chairs is terrrible. It makes me want to find another club. The members here are i It also seems like they are looking to lay off some of the workers and those young people are very nice. Listen to the members. Go back to the old way of signing in. rate.

I've only started going back to the gym for the past 2-3 weeks, slowly getting back into it. I liked the friendly environment and the low cost. I only had the issue with getting to work with the trainer who left after my first week back to the gym. But aside from that, I like the convenient location along with the accessibility of equipment there. I had tied other gyms and just found PF is the one for me. There's no sauna, spa, pool, or athletic sports venue (raquet ball, basketball)... but I am mainly there for cardio which I can do on the treadmill and bike along with the weight lifting and working out on the various machines.I am trying to get the app to work or sync with my workout but need to explore that a little more - I was told the app somehow syncs with the machine so that you can keep track of your workout.In any event, I do like the atmosphere. I went with the Black card membership which costs a little more but considering the costs of other gyms was much less than what I was paying for the other gym membership I had.I am looking at getting involved with the classes - I've not done that yet but when I do I can provide feedback about it.

It's good to see members wiping down the equipment after they use it. The staff makes sure that all the cleaning stations are stocked. Would like to see more lockers available. I understand zip tying some due to Covid19, but more than 50% are unavailable for use.

I absolutely love this Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness is awesome in general, but this location goes out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. I’ve never been a gym person, but they’ve made a point to remember my face- and encourage me to keep at it. ☺️ I’m so happy I joined it’s honestly changed my life.

I love this gym! Close to home for me & I can work out on my time & my schedule. The staff here is very helpful & accommodating. They are also very welcoming. The variety of machines & workouts I can do make it easy for me to mix it up and keep my motivation. I highly recommend Planet Fitness!

Love working out here! Staff is friendly and helpful, equipment is new and well maintained, and the other gym goers are respectful! I would recommend this location to anyone as the price is very affordable!My only suggestion would be to spread the Tootsie Roll stations around! This location is split into two levels and it's frustrating when you're using the treadmill on the second floor and have to take the elevator down to the first floor for a "quick" sugar rush! Why are there three buckets of free Tootsie Rolls at the front desk but none on the second floor?!

Clean, friendly staff and fairly open when non peak hours. I thought it would be a cliché casuals gym, and its surprisingly not as bad as I thought, they had decent sets of weights and Smith machines. Overly abundant cardo machines though, but not bad if that's your main target. Joined for the proximity and convenience of being close by, also it's a 24/7. For a start out gym, really cant beat the price, plus if you sign up for black card membership you get a free guest, spa usage and able to use at any other PF if you move. You're locked into the black card membership for a year, but if you're like me, it did give me an extra kick and incentive to get up & out and use my moneys worth. Overall I've been a member since mid August and have been coming consistently since then, and I really enjoy it! 😀 Definitely have seen results and progress. They have something for everyone.Also I love all the employees there, they do make a genuine effort to greet and assist you, and it does feel good especially if you see them almost daily because you're a regular. I would give them a -0 if I could. I moved to where there was no locations on July 25th and cancelled my membership. I was told that it was canceled then the annual $39.59 for the forthcoming year was charged in my card and I had it reversed. Two Days later ABC billing called and I told them what the situation was. They ran the same amount with another name so I had to have it reversed. That location didn’t do their job by promptly canceling the membership and I refuse to pay for another year that I will not use. False advertising about “cancel anytime”.

This gym is great! It is always very clean and all of the equipment is brand new, and everything always work. With the low monthly fee I don’t know why you wouldn’t go here!

I’ve been a member of planet fitness for about 2 years and I would not recommend the gym overall, especially, the chandler location on 54th. My items were stolen out of my locker by someone who cut my lock. The staff had no clue what the procedure was. If it was up to them I would of walked out the club. I had to ask for them to file a report, And to call the police. A member of the staff advices that I would be compensated for the items stolen($800 worth of items) the cameras are worthless, they said they had to request the footage from their corporate office, which is total bs. I pray no life or death scenario happens at planet fitness because they will have to wait a few days to see what I can see immediately on my home security system. Furthermore, the staff member told the police a different story than they told me, this makes me think that someone working there might have stole my items. I found out another lock was cut that day as well. They said they reviewed the footage and didn’t see anyone walking out with my items and they were too much people at the gym during that time. It was noon on Saturday and only about 20 men were in the gym. I was told the manager would request the footage and would follow up with me, which did not happen. I had to called the gym everyday to find out the status which was always the same, they requested the footage. My items were magically found in another locker with the lock that was cut. Ultimately, I lost $150 because the Bluetooth module only my helmet was not recovered. At the end of the day, customer service is the main reason and lack of knowledge for procedure is the reason why I cancelled my membership. Planet fitness as a company can’t stop people from stealing but you can put people in management positions that care about their members and at least has the courtesy to call and follow up when something this happened. I am gladly going to EOS gym where the GM offer to put my helmet in their office or behind the desk if needed. Still said that doesn’t make them liable but at least he offered.Make some changes planet fitness!!
