I love my Planet Fitness! The facility is always clean and well maintained. The staff is upbeat, friendly and readily available. This is a fun place to workout.

This is a great place to workout. Recently this location got new equipment. Please have management enforce wiping the new equipment down after working out. Post Signs “WIPE MACHINES AFTER USE” to prevent Health issues to other customers.Staff is greatWarm Regards

The club is a joke. The manager is unprofessional. Look at the trainers... this reflects the quality of their club. Nobody really seems to be in charge and know what's going on. Highly disappointing...the staff actually looked up personal information of mine and shared it without my permission...HUGE breech of confidentiality. You get what you pay for, with that being said...if you are looking for a gym with qualified trainers, a professional and courteous staff, a large selection of equipment, don't go here to save a dollar. I highly recommend Mountainside Fitness.

Friendly staff. Very clean women's locker room and facility. I feel comfortable working out on all the equipment and I am looking forward to FREE personal training classes. I have the Black Card Membership which also includes the water massage tables and chairs, tanning beds and booths, and core exercise both. 24/7 is a bonus.

I visit Planet Fitness locations all over and often. This location was clean and had nice team members. I went about 7:30pm and it wasn't too crowded. It was pizza night so they had free pizza too. The machines all seemed to be in good order.

Overall, the gym is a good place to work out for a decent price. However, most of the staff stands up front chit chatting and not working. The machines need cleaning & dusting. The bathroom sinks also need cleaning. Some of the staff greet guests as they come and go, but many do not. They seem to be more interested in talking amongst themselves than in providing good customer service.

Absolutely the best planet fitness in the valley. Very clean. Equipment in good working order. Friendly and helpful staff. The morning manager runs a real tight ship.

I used to go to LA Fitness because it was more convinient to go after work , but I’ve always felt like i was being judge so i would rarely go. Switching to PF makes me more motivated to go more often . the staff is friendly and helpfulb, and they keep things cleans . Plus the machines are a lot better.

The machines do not have 5lb and 10lb increments like the Casa Grande location has. Also many of the machines are not smooth operating, are clanky and need maintenance. Tanning..first they sent me to the wrong room so I have to walk back downstairs. Second bed is broke so I put my clothes back on and look at the last bed that I might be able to use and its disgusting. Many times I’d come here to tan and the beds are never cleaned. I know it is your responsibility to clean AFTER USE! But no one, members or staff ever cleans these beds.

Fabulous atmosphere. Clean gym with a variety of equipment. Great staff. Very helpful. Spa with several tanning rooms, massage chairs, and red light therapy. Great place for a great price.
