Great membership rates, many classes to choose from, hydromassage chairs, and tanning beds are complimentary with the 2nd level membership. Great locations

Not the best gym, too many people and not super well kept. Parking lot isn’t too safe at night, my car got broken into even though I was parked right across the parking lot cameras. Cancelled my membership after that, still had to pay a cancellation fee even though I was a member for roughly a year and a half. Chuze franchise is alright, I just can’t recommend this location.

One star simply because this location has gone downhill drastically. Broken lockers that never get fixed, yet been to Monaco, 120th, and Sheridan too and they’re not having the same issue. This was by far favorite franchise before Covid, and change of hours.*Their associate allowed me to sign up for the most expensive plan so I could bring my daughter, who is only 14, with me. Come to find out she was able to join me for free until she was 16. Yes, I told them why I wanted that level*My work moves me around a lot, which caused me to have to cancel my membership, I thought they were a larger company (my fault for assuming that, but they do not have clubs I can continue to go to. With that said. Vasa, 24Hr, and Golds have all cancelled my memberships in the past that were contracted because they didn’t have any availability. Chuze wouldn’t even allow me to pause my membership until I could see where I might finally land.*I did write to Chuze and asked politely if they could waive their cancellation fee as it was only because they don't have coverage for me currently.*I was told they would not waive it. I emailed and told them to please cancel any auto payment and to invoice me with a due date for the cancellation fee, and that this was my written notice to no longer withdraw from my account. The respondent was rude and told me they would start my account back up otherwise. Finally they stopped responding once I reiterated that they were informed to invoice me with a due date to which I would pay the $50 Instead they just randomly charged my account with no notice.*Enjoy your $50 instead of the monthly dues and annual fee you would’ve gotten from me had I moved back into a serviceable area.*Not to be 100% negative, let me say most of the associates at this location are great, and friendly. They are not responsible for the policies and I get that. This isn’t a reflection of them.

The fact that Chuze refused to put a sign up telling people to not leave their valuables in their Lockers after they have been robbed as many times as they have been shows a vast lack of concern for their customers!

I don't do much...sweat a little on the treadmill, check out the ladies, sit in the dry sauna... maybe swim when it warms up outside. The staff is all over it and appear to be doing the job to the best of their ability. Thanks to Chuze, staff, and fellow health enthusiasts...staying in shape.

I like this gym. It has nice equipment and is clean, but it’s ALWAYS super packed. Even if you come at 5am you may have to wait for a bench and have people standing over you waiting for you to be done with your bench. Don’t come after work, try to come when it may be a little less busy. Just okay

All I wanted to do is sign up for a member ship they couldn’t do that. Also they close at 8pm on the weekends. That is very unbecoming of a gym.
