Didn't get his name but the guy that looks a little older and a little shorter with the black wedding band, Had 100% amazing customer service and gym knowledge + went above and beyond. Everybody and everything else was ok.

Everyone doing their own thing. No one bugs you, no ones judging you. You can just go, get some exercise and get on with your life. It did appear they were having a problem with their TV system but things happen and most people have their phones

Only have one working shower. They are the nice massage chairs but very worn and massage balls catch on clothing. Place is dirty and a lot of things do not work. One of the worst locations I have been too and I travel a lot.
