I tried to contact a manager to resolve an issue pertaining to my membership. The lady I talked to on the phone said she would give my phone number to a manager... I never heard back. The gym is nice. But to not have a manager there to talk to, or at least a phone number to contact someone higher up seems lacking. It was a sad way to end my membership seeing that I’ve been a loyal member for a whole year, but the minute I try to resolve an issue one time, I never hear back or anything.

I would like to give yall a better review as a longtime member of planet fitness gyms but this facility needs much better maintenance on most equipment. All the bikes squeak feeling as though they are gonna break cause noise to all those around working out. Bathrooms need to be better well kept. For it to be a more popular location of Northern Colorado theres a lot of room for improvement.

I love going here with my Dad! It has extreme COVID measures and is great for all levels of fitness! After you use anything they have multiple cleaning stations and you are required to wipe your machine down after use. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a safe gym to workout at during the pandemic!

This was my first and only ever visit to a Planet Fitness, but this one was pretty great. I'm accustomed to racks, benches, and bar weights, but with the machines and dumbbells available, I was able to get in a great workout. The inter-machine spacing and obsessive alignment, tidiness and cleanliness ticked a mental checkbox I hadn't realized I even had.If I find myself in town in the future, I would totally hit this place up again.

Gym is super clean. Affordable price. Destiny and Alyssa are really nice and keep the gym clean and everyone safe with covid19 precautions. They worked really hard and polite. Very dedicated. The guy manager is really nice and friendly as well. Made me feel very welcoming and will go to planet fitness forever. Appreciated. Thank you.

Location is a bit rough. The road around it can be fast and filled with potholes. Same goes for overcrowded parking.Inside is pretty clean but you'll see a lot of goofing off from the staff. They're quick to throw a link alarm so of you're doing any sort of training at all just get ready. They take it a bit far.Besides that it's just an ok gym. Amenities are sold at prices.As far as hiring process. Jesse over sees these, and is not professional. Lacking the ability to even make a phone call.Average is probably a bit good for the "business" itself.

I am really impressed with this place. Good selection of equipment, very clean, and good staff. Amenities are not like one of the huge chains but they can keep their prices low by cutting that stuff you won't use anyway.

Would give this and location a 0 if could . Horrible customer service , haven’t ever used facilities ... canceled but still was charged annual fee with manager saying there is no way to reverse it due to policy. I recommend Chuze or Vasa , they have infrared saunas, steam rooms and other great amenities along with awesome customer service and cleanliness .Lack of customer service proven in response from owner. Planet fitness allows you to sign up online , but you need to go in to cancel . 13 months of paying ; missed cancelling per your “policy” by 4 days...

While the staff is friendly and the machines are decent, Planet Fitness has refused to fix their showers and hot water for months. In the men’s locker room there are only 2 operable showers (1 is for handicap) while the other showers handles have been broken off (2+ months). This location also does not offer hot water for showering. So after your workout you are forced to take a freezing shower, and walk outside to below freezing temperatures. Over the course of three months I asked multiple employees and managers on an update on when the showers and water would be fixed, only to be met with a new excuse each time. There are several other gyms nearby that cost the same as Planet Fitness but the experience is ten fold better.
