This place is disgusting, bathrooms are always gross and lockers are always getting broken into, the girl with the butterfly tattoo on her face is rude and trashy with the way she talks. * Talks either good in her mouth and just rid customer service

Decent gym for the price, super crowded in the evenings, Wi-Fi sucks. But my biggest issue is their lack of regard for safety. The check in lasers are pointed up and going to cause everyone permanent eye damage. Tried talking to staff and emailed customer service, staff ignored my request and never got a response on my email. Apparently what’s easy is better than folks being hurt.

I used to go to a Planet Fitness gym in a different state. My first impression about this site was not the best one. However, I have noticed significant improvement over the last weeks. Restrooms and equipment are cleaner, broken equipment has been repaired, and there's a better service at the reception. Keep it up guys! 👍

It's frustrating that members are charged for a 24/7 facility, yet the facility is not 24/7. It's also irritating that equipment is out of adjustment(circuit machines, treadmills) worn(benches are torn, weight indicators missing from knobs). Franchisee needs to put some money into their business and lower monthly fees if they aren't going to adhere to the advertised 24/7 availability.

Davon , is such a awesome manager he went above and beyond for me the other day . I could get my app to work he did everything he could do to get it fixed I was in the tanning booth and he called me to tell what was going on so I wasn’t just standing in there with no clothes on . He got it fixed and just made my day .thank you Davon for going above and beyond for me, we need a lot more people like you in this world .

Welcome to the location that time has forgotten. Not sure if these are franchised or what, but a frugal owner could be the only reason for the archaic equipment. I have to use this location once in a while depending on my schedule and I'm gonna skip gym day if it's this locale or nothing.

Perhaps it’s time to update your hours on Google? Google shows Fridays closing time as 12 but they really close at 10. This would be a great place to open a 24 hour gym (like the good old days).

The staff is nice and the club is large. Unfortunately the club is a bit dirty. The machines have dust on the frames and multiple machines are not in working order. Missing pedals on the bikes and missing knobs in the 30 minute circuit area. The Beauty Angel room had a very dirty floor. There is only one worker at the desk so perhaps this is why. It is close to my house so I will give it another try.

Called about the coupon I got in the mail for $1 down $10 a month and the employee I spoke to said something completely different like that it’s 44 dollars to start and $13 a month or something like that. He made it very confusing and doesn’t seem to know about the deals you guys are sending out. Sounded very unprofessional also…
