I have personally been going to this location pretty much since they opened. The staff has always been kind and accommodating. Everyone in there has become like family to me, and are frankly some of the nicest people I know. …

I have been going to this gym for the past year and it has been amazing. Personal training is the way to go! Been with my trainer for over a year and she has made me a better roller derby athlete. No matter where you are in fitness the program is catered to you, your abilities and your wants. Even though the pandemic the gym, staff and corporate has been very open in communication and you are informed of changes well in advance. In my experience, this gym has been the best so far and I will continue to be an active member for many years to come.

Great innovators as to being able to keep the gym open during the pandemic. Lots of young friendly people, clean and inviting.

Has been pretty cool since I started going. Had everything I want, nothing is broken. They don't bother you or cause you any problems. All the members at the gym seem to be gym vets, they know the routines and the proper way to do things/gym edicate. Overall I'd recommend anyone here. Fairly affordable, a lot per year but it's nice being spread out and their quality facilities make it worth it in my opinion.

Alot of their equipment is broke . Hot tub has been broke for over a month . Ask manager , district manager and corporate to call me.... know 1 has returned my call but they have no issue taking my monthly paymentTypical corporate business.

This place has gone downhill since it opened. The staff was friendly and the facility was always kept clean. Now, I really wouldn’t recommend coming here... (Some) Staff members will completely ignore you when you’re coming in or leaving the building. They would rather be on their phone or mingle with each other. Personal trainers won’t even say hello to you unless you’re a client of theirs.Whether it’s 5 am or 1 pm, weights are never reorganized and re-racked. (Some) staff may walk around to “clean” equipment, but there’s no sense of pride in what they do and will walk over cleaning wipes that are left on the ground. The restrooms are always out of soap to wash your hands. Also, how long will it take them to replace the stalls now that someone put holes to peek through?!Don't get me started with the compliance to mask-wearing, how many times I've seen broken glass ( from windows and bottles) in the parking lot, or the drug deals... 🙄

***UPDATED TO 1 STAR FROM 3 on 12/28/18***Vasa deleted my comments about this same review on facebook, further proving my point of them being shady.-------------------------------------------------------------Nice Gym, Bait-and-Switch pricing and advertising that won't get my business until changed.I received several mailers from VASA Fitness (Thornton) and decided to come in and check it out. They advertise a $9.99 price on the postcards, but then once you get in to sign up, they inform you that to be able to use the whole list of amenities advertised that you have to pay the $19.99 price + a enrollment fee (I believe it was $50 for the $9.99 plan or $20 for the $19.99 plan) + a yearly fee (was told this was to "lock in the prices each year," I believe this was $50 as well) + and finally, a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel the month-to-month plan. Bait and switch to the max with this company. Don't have an issue with the enrollment fees, but the yearly fee and cancellation fee on a month-to-month plan is absurd. Someone please educate Vasa on what month-to-month means.Only reason they get three stars instead of one is because gym was in great shape with all new equipment and really did look nice. "Full size" basketball court was slightly disappointing with no side hoops to shoot and warm up on while a full game is in progress.Change the ridiculous yearly "price guarantee fee" and the cancellation fee since you advertise a month to month membership, and you have a new customer. Until then, my membership stays at 24.
