I love my gym buta lot of the staff is stuck up and rude. I just keep in mind I'm there to better myself not to have the staff be nice and respectful.

I just switched to Vasa a couple of months ago. I like that their bathrooms are clean and that with the app using your barcode you can get on the hydromassage chairs without having to ask someone at the front desk to set it up for you each time you want to use it. You can do this twice each day. If you want to use it more than two times in a day though, you do have the option to ask the front desk to set it up for you.Their equipment are mostly the same with other gyms. I do hope that they'll upgrade the treadmills to ones that have built-in fans, and the weight machines that dont use the plates you have to change out manually.I think what needs improvement is, although the staff is friendly, management needs to provide them proper training so that they're all knowledgeable in their policies and procedures. There also shouldn't be a "price guarantee fee" of $49 every year.

The Zumba classes are fantastic. My only concern is that the volume is sometimes way too high. From the US Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA): “Sounds that exceed 85 decibels, with over an hour of exposure, could lead to permanent, noise-induced hearing loss. For fitness centers, the recommends a sound threshold of 85 decibels, for no more than 45 minutes.”

Locker room smells like raw sewage, has smelt like this well over 6months when I first started coming. So bad that I avoid the locker room at all cost. Swim suit dryer has been leaking water that stands still for hours and gets filthy. Sad that none of those problems got addressed when you guys did the recent remodel.

When to this Vasa on 104th just to check it out. See I signed up and joined the one on Zuni but it is not open so I wanted to see one that was. As soon as I walked in 1 desk clerk was on his phone and the other has his ear buds in, I asked a question to the clerk with ear buds and it seems like I was inconveniencing him but he did answer my question. I walked around to check it out and this place was filthy. I really hope the on Zuni will not be like the one on 104th. Do better Vasa please.
