Good bang for your buck. Downfalls very crowded and not enough weight plates. I have had several times where there has been equipment open and no weight plates in sight. They should double the amount they have. I’ve never experienced this at a gym before.

I recently joined the gym while I was moving into the area. I was not informed of multiple different fees that would be charged in addition to the monthly fee when joining. Instead, I was told there was a promotion going on where these fees were waived, only to see them on my bill two months later. When going to cancel the membership, they charged me over $150 to fully cancel the plan. When I spoke with a customer service representative to see what my options were, I was told they could not do anything for me and that I would have to pay the $150 or would be sent to a collections agency if I didn't pay the charges on my account. I would not recommend going here and will never sign up for this gym again. My barcode is 2828412V.

I like the group fitness classes and the staff is friendly. However, I felt that the gym is not very clean, especially the sauna room always has an odd smell. I have gotten sick a few times after using the sauna. I tried to downgrade my membership since I can’t really use the sauna because of the hygiene but they charge to downgrade the membership as well. I would really appreciate it if the staff could pay more attention to cleaning the equipment especially the sauna and steam room on a regular basis. Thanks.

The gym is huge and even though it’s busy there’s always plenty of equipment to get your workout in. There is also pools, basketball courts stretch area weights and just about anything you need to workout. The downside is it appears the only cleaning that ever gets done around here is from the members. Its amongst the dirtiest gyms I’ve been to .

This gyms alright , most simple stuff like the water fountains or the hand dryers in the bathrooms are always broken. Something’s always being repaired & effects your workout, & of course they don’t offer a gift card or half off your membership that month. Very high volume of people & just always smells. But for 10$ I guess that’s why

Staff is cool when they're not being pressured by the district manager Laurie to treat members with disrespect. Laurie is not a fan of black people. Black men especially. And no matter how respectful you are to her she will go above and beyond to disrespect you or attempt to embarrass you in front of staff and other members. She is a prime example of what happens when power goes to your head. I am definitely seeking justice for what happened to me

Won't be coming here again. Did a 3 month personal training and told them not to auto renewal kept charging me. The trainer was great but couldn't keep up with our timing and seasons. Great guy but I have alot of extra personal training seasons I won't be using. Refund me

1st timer here... came to see how this gym looked and felt before actually doing a full work out, well let's say over crowding is the least of their issues. The pool was dirty with what looked like fabric sheets, the bathroom was disgusting. The equipment wasn't being cleaned off and was visually wet from a distance. But before I could even get inside I had to cross a very large parking lot in the complete dark. young men and boys were jumping out from between cars. The walk out was far scarier than the walk in. Will not return to this location ever.

I will be canceling my membership at the end of this month. Here’s why:1. I have had two coaches cancel with fewer than 30 days notice in the last 9 months.2. I won’t work with any of the other coaches you have, as they are teaching poor form, and I wouldn’t trust them with my training.3. How the coaches are treated is horrible, so it’s not a surprise that Vasa can’t retain experienced coaches.4. The facilities are dirty, the equipment is frequently broken or in Ill-repair.5. The bathrooms are disgusting.6. There are no lights in the parking lot, and that places your gym goers at risk as the hours grow dark. As well as their property. Yes, we park at our own risk, but no lighting is within your control as a business.
