Gets crowded at rush hour but it's a clean gym and equipment rarely has issues. They are quick to fix equipment when it is down and the staff are always friendly

Canceling membership. Great equipment and amenities, but always packed... no matter the time of day. Sure you can find machines... but it most likely isn't a machine you want to use that day.

The equipment looks great when you first walk in, the gym is bigger than any other I've been to, it has a lot of stuff to use, however, its always packed with people. Everyone just carries their bags around, they "reserve" machines they are not using, or just stand next to you from the first moment you start until you are done, just waiting for you to be done, which is very annoying. The weights are NEVER where they should go, you have to walk around the whole gym trying to find the right weight because they're never in the racks. Bathrooms don't seem to be cleaned very often, the group classes are extremely loud and they never close the doors so you can hear them the whole time. People are always taking pictures or videos and stand in the racks for way longer than they should. The most annoying thing is our bluetooth headphones never work, there's always interference, so you gotta listen to the group class music. Overall the equipment is good, if you ever get to use it.

Gym is cool when not packedBut Debra is the real MVP she has marvelous customer Service. She is attentive and very helpul. Shout to you Debra. I appreciate you.

The gym has gotten better . They have hired some newer staff that are friendlier and more helpful than previously. I wish they opened earlier on weekends especially Sundays. There is still some rif-raff types that workout here but what can you do? I haven’t seen the cops show up at the gym in a while .

My account was cancelled by Kristen the GM in June, however, absolutely zero documentation was given to me, since then I’ve been charged every single month and my husband was send a collection letter of $506.89 for a $42.94 gym membership. Not only does that math not make sense but we were charged monthly for a membership that was supposed to be cancelled and wasn’t and we were charged fraudulently. DO NOT give Vasa fitness the time of day and most certainly do not give them your baking information, the quality of service is foul and they should be reported to the BBB.

Pretty dirty cardio equipment. Only been a member here for a month but noticed I have not seen anybody there cleaning the equipment. I also noticed several machines had badly torn padding. Several areas had the flooring coming up and was taped back down or just cut off. Finally had a hard time even finding any equipment to work out on due to so many members being there. They clearly don’t putt a cap on how many members are in the building at a time. I’ll probably go back to Chuze.

Tons of equipment for every genre of workout. Big location with lots of open space. Very hot sauna which is awesome. A little low on locations for wipes. Gets very crowded and often certain dumbbells can be hard to find.

This gym will reune your credit score!!!Owning properties in so many states sometimes I have to stay months in one. place while repairs take place. I have memberships from DC to San Diego and this gym had covid rules that made working out at this gym horrible. Closing showers, locker room, mask everywhere. Staff was told by managers to strongly enforce it. Much worse than other gyms in the area. I switched, paid my last bill with a rep at the front desk while on the phone with another rep on speaker phone.What happened is they never canceled anything, they charged me and my family for memberships after canceling, signing agreement, then we had to pay for two more months we had after we had stopped going. It was done! After all the phone calls and back and forth with the staff or so we thought. After moving I get a noice from (Aldo's and associates) for Another $189.00 which only appears after it reflected the credit score. This is the only gym that does this.Please let this gym pertinently close!

Only been here a week or so. Location is cool. I feel it’s a tad bit small and a lot of the members leave garbage in the locker rooms. Great spot otherwise!
