So far is good, only a week as a new member. The facility and equipment definitely can use cleaning and maintenance.

Good gym. Lots of equipment options. Has probably the most amount of machines compared to 24 hour fitness or other vasa spots. Also got massage chair and hot tub/steam/sauna.

It was my first day and I had a consultation with a trainer (Miss Emma) whom was very professional and knowledge-based on what I wanted to do, she made me feel comfortable and at ease I'm very happy with my choice to join VASA!

I’ve been frequenting public gyms for the better part of ten years.. this is probably my least favorite.. the place is super packed, closes early, and very dirty facilities.. the showers smell like sewage and the sauna is rarely clean.. we started driving the extra 20 minutes to the other location.

By far the worse vasa I’ve ever been to. Dirty not clean and all the equipment is always broken. All stair masters are. Cracked and they are too cheap to replace them. Their personal trainings are even worse they can’t keep employee so they always switch your trainer. I will keep going to federal after today

Experience was great. Staff was awesome. Only one problem is the basketballs are NCAA size and not NBA standard size for people who don't have basketball at home. It's a little smaller and lighter than a basketball for adults.

This gym is a very bad excuse for a gym… It’s absolutely fithy. Does Vasa not expect “Hour club walks” from its employees??? When I ran a 24 hour fitness years ago we sure did and the club was spotless. The equipment is Constantly broken. The water fountain and bottle filling stations is constantly broken. The best part is the level in which this gym is overcrowded is insane. Rarely can someone walk in and actually get a good workout unless they want to stand in line for an equipment. Have a standard or policy with your club walks.. If you see these kids standing around and playing in the gym… Boot em out. The lack Of Leadership from top down absolutely shows in the way this gym looks. Vasa used to be a clean, well equipped gym you could workout out in. Now it’s a nightclub for teenagers… Have some respect for what you’re selling…

I came in today on a 3 day pass. It was intensely packed, but probably expected on a Monday. The bathrooms were disgusting, trash all over the floors, old bandaids in the sink, napkins tossed everywhere. Walked down through the equipment, plenty of the equipment looked dirty and torn seats, the cardio machines were also very dirty. Weights left on machines, I expected the front desk to give me a tour considering I was on a guest pass, but was just told to scan in and workout. I will continue the next 2 days to see if maybe today was a fluke and will update my review.

If you need free weights, good luck working out before or after work. Dumbbells are all taken, no benches, no squat racks are free. Kettlebells are all over the place as people leave them wherever. Maaaaybe you can use a cable machine. The only times you can get a workout in and not be in line for equipment is late at night (and I mean late, like after 10pm) or while you’re at work. That’s what the employees said too.Got a membership and had to cancel a week later because of this.If you can workout while everyone’s at work or asleep, the equipment is solid and the staff is friendly. If you have a normal work schedule, I’d give a less crowded gym a go.
