Employee said it was 25$ to cancel personal training and when I tried to cancel it vasa charged me 1600$ and didn’t honor any of the trainings I had. Plus this place stinks and the equipment is always broken especially Stairsteppers

I came here for a day pass. I already know I like Vasa gyms. I came here Saturday mid morning - busy time. I saw only one person wipe down their weights before re-racking. Where they keep the dumbbells, that is pretty dirty too.

People at the front desk were awkward and seemed like they never talked to a customer before. There's not enough handles and attachments to go around for cables if a few people are using what you want to use. The hot tub was barely lukewarm. It wasn't enjoyable and wasn't anywhere near as hot as it should be for the muscle relaxing effect. In the shower room for over an hour until i left there was poop smeared across half of the floor. Also there was nowhere to put clothes or hang towels or anything. Other than those problems the facility seemed great and the equipment seemed great.

I really like the VASA chain, but despite this being the closest one to where I live, I drive out of my way to other locations. I came in the middle of a weekday and couldn’t seem to get my hands on 20lb dumbbells. Despite there being many open cable spots, there seemed to be only like 4 rope attachments, so I had to wait about 10 minutes for one of those. A lot of the equipment feels old/falling apart. This location needs to update their equipment

If you come to this location and already have a membership, but have a active and fit now account that you want to switch it over to, for billing. Make sure you record the conversation. Staff is not properly trained. I've had a active and fit membership since January and instead of them transferring over the payment to the active and fit they sent me to collections, since the staff member who helped me just made me a new account. Which then made it seem like I haven't been making any payments. My active and fit says otherwise. I provided all documentation and they are continuing to stay it wasn't negligence on their part. Maybe if the staff was properly trained and not constantly on the phone or gossiping would I not be having this problem. I will be contacting the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as the Better Business if not resolved with my provided documentation.

Well it is 4:05AM and nobody is here yet to open the doors. Unfortunately, this has gone down hill, horrible team members - I keep the membership because I got a good deal... Same issue today 7-19-23. Nobody here to open gym

I kinda wish I never signed up, I went there the other day and only got two sets in, it was so packed. No respect from the ppl there, the employees were a bunch of kids, I asked if it was always this packed and the employee just shrugged his shoulders and was like yea....I said I wouldn't have signed up if I knew this,.. I had to go down the street to planet fitness to complete my workout.
