Do you have any idea how annoying not finding any soap in any of the showers after a hard workout just before an 8-hour work day? Should I assume that soap will no longer be included in the cost of my membership and that the Adams County Health Department does not care?

The red headed woman with bangs at the front was very abrasive and confrontational regarding membership. I understand she was only doing her job and collecting payments, but her attitude was very negative and not customer service oriented. I also work a customer service front desk job and I know there is a friendly way to address issues like this.

Been coming here since they opened. Enrolled in the little trailer in the parking lot. Decent gym, wish Saturday would be open until midnight and 8 on Sundays. Writing this review though because lately the maintenance I feel is lacking, trash cans over filling, no wipes, gross dirty bathrooms… please maintain a bit better.

It's a fairly nice facility. The sauna room benches need maintenance. There are some machines that have torn/ damaged parts. Has a lot of equipment choices. Biggest drawback is just how packed it gets. Can be hard to get onto equipment or find space at times, but still a decent facility.

The location on 73rd and Federal has a manager named Emma. She's rude and unprofessional. She refused to talk to me and no one else would help. Why is this woman a manager? She shouldn't even be working there. Especially having authority. She's one of the meanest people I've ever met. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her. Wow. Just wow! What are you going to do about this situation? She has no right confronting people making them feel inadequate. Then yelling and screaming She's ridiculous. I'm not going there ever again. No thank you! Not till you fire her!

Lots of different equipment and amenities but is quite busy all the time and hard to find a workout rhythm because all the equipment is always in use. Lots of staff on site but not very helpful

Clean, not too crowded, 98% working equipment and services.Just wish they had lay down tanning beds and a larger pool. Those are the only things keeping me from a 5 star 🌟 🤩 …

Very affordable but the gym is always overcrowded and sauna/steam etiquette is…. non existent. There are other local gyms with similar pricing that are much less crowded and don’t charge a “price lock” fee.

The facility itself could be very nice, plenty of machines, weights and room to workout. Many of the machines are often broken or in need of repair; bolts loose, pads missing, or just missing components completely. Drinking fountains are hanging on the walls by just their pipes, weights are never racked and only scattered around. The employees seem to do nothing preventive or impressive at all, vaping inside the building, on their phones, and don’t wipe off machinery after using it with a client. When majority of patrons aren’t flexing in the mirror, they’re often standing around staining at each other.It’s really inexpensive for the basic membership so if you don’t mind the small stuff it’s tolerable although I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
