Staff is super friendly! The other gym members are really nice and quick to help each other out. Daniel helped me get everything set up and he made the process super easy and exciting!

I’ve always enjoyed working out at Colaw. I love the massage chairs; it’s a very chill environment and the staff is super helpful. Of course, the price is right too. Really recommend it.

Great place to workout. Plenty of machines and stations so you never have to wait long for a particular piece of equipment. Always clean.

They gave me a tour and went inside now it's the gym I can feel better about myself and never feel alone while doing my thing! Sam was very helpful getting me started

I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. At the bottom in brackets you can find my original review.I mentioned that Colaw is not expensive in my original post, but there were several hidden fees. I recommend you go to Planet Fitness instead.I was told that in my given situation, I would not have to pay a cancellation fee. This was a not true. I even checked back with them SEVERAL TIMES that I would not have a cancellation fee. Every time they said yes. Then when I cancelled and they charged me the $50 fee, they said that I was destined to pay a cancellation fee from the beginning and that the employees misspoke, and they would not issue me a cash return.I see this as a textbook “False Advertising” case. I’m not going to file a civil suit over $50 but I will say that I never plan to have another membership with Colaw, and that even though they are Christian in name, they did not act like it to me. I do not recommend this gym.Original review, when I still liked Colaw:[ They have everything here!! I love working out here because there is always equipment open for use, they have massage chairs, and it’s not expensive at all!! The only critique I have is that the showers don’t have a whole lot of hot water, but all in all 5/5 ]
