Colaw Fitness

I visited the Colaw Fitness in Topeka Ks for the first time this past week and was amazed as soon as I opened the doors to the facility. I was warmly greeted by employee Giovann (sp) who gave me a tour of the facility. I was greatly impressed by the layout, equipment condition, restroom and shower facilities and overall cleanliness of their facility. Needless to say, I'm now a member!!

I just joined Colaw. I was greeted by a delightful young lady named Sam. She was extremely professional, answered all my questions and if she didn’t know she honestly told me and promptly went to her supervisor for guidance. She was engaging and courteous. Wow! Thank you Sam!!

I'm editing my initial review from a 5 star to a 1. Not that it will make much difference, but maybe it will make someone think twice before signing up here. I signed up, and paid all of their initial fees, including $50 to be able to bring a guest with me all the time. We went plenty of times in March (our first month), then I went through a separation, and we weren't able to come in during the two free months due to everything going on. Couldn't go in June because we were out of town, still paid the full monthly fee though. With my current situation I can't afford the fee, and don't have the time to go. They repeatedly ran my card to get their July membership fee, which has caused more issues. On top of that, they call and harrass you to get payment. I find this ridiculous for a customer that hasn't even been in for almost 4 months. But hey, they got their money, and I'm sure I'll have to pay the cancellation fee to get them to stop next month. Going to learn from my mistake this time and not return once I'm done with this fiasco."I'm a returning member. I like this gym because the staff is always friendly and helpful. The membership is affordable and helps motivate you to come in more often to get a discount on the price and meet your goals."

Very clean facility. All machines in good repair and plenty of options. Jackson at the front desk was very helpful in explaining what Colaw had to offer and made us feel very welcomed.

I signed up a couple days ago. Giovann helped me out. He was really down to earth. He explained everything in detail. After an hour or so, I had a question about the smith machines. He didn't hesitate to help me out. Overall, its a nice gym with cool staff.

Friendly customer service. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Plus their membership fees are so incredibly affordable. I love them already.

Very clean, modern gym with a positive atmosphere. As a service member I feel right at home. I appreciate their common sense dress code and love the no Gym Jerk policy. The price can't be beat and will motivate you to hit Colaw 3 times a week. Best gym home for me!

Christian was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable at what he does. He took the time to show us around and answer all of our questions. I highly recommend coming in. It is a huge location with everything you need!

Gilbert and Giovanni were an amazing help with getting everything started. I was super stressed out thinking it would be difficult, ended up being super easy! So thankful for them!

This is my first time signing up for a membership. Lia made signing up quick and easy. She explained everything perfectly!
