I love practicing yoga at Kefi. I had never done yoga before them and now 10 months in I can pretty much keep up with a Vinyasa or Hot Yoga class. Something I particularly love about Kefi is all the modifications to poses that the instructors offer. I never feel like I just have to sit out because I can't do something.

Kefi Yoga is THE BEST! I moved to the South Bay two years ago from DTLA and was so thankful to find Kefi. There are tons of class types and times available and the instructors are very knowledgeable. Best of all— you can be part of the Kefi community which I have found to be very welcoming and fun!

This is hands down my favorite yoga studio in the Southbay. Lots of classes to choose from and the yoga instructors are the best. The owner Angle is friendly and has the best coffee and tea waiting for you after class!

Just wonderful! I am starting my yoga journey late in life and I have been made to feel so welcome! The instruction is so clear and I feel very safe. My sister referred me to Kefi (she does all the hot yoga) and I am so grateful!!!

Kefi Yoga is a great place to practice yoga. The instructors are all top notch (especially Roxy & Imari) and the studio is very inviting. The owner (Angel) is also very helpful. I had left my mat one night after class and called the studio early on Sunday morning after realizing it. Angel responded promptly to help me with my issue. I’m still a relatively new member to this studio, but based on my interactions with the owner and staff, I can tell that they care about their members. I highly recommend Kefi for newcomers and seasoned practitioners.

Ahmazing yoga studio. Clean, well equipped, lots of free parking, and welcoming friendly staff. The teachers are top notch. They guide you at every step of the way, and with their well experienced and deep knowledge in yoga makes it easy to follow even to the beginner, all the way to advanced students. They make it so that you can practice and enjoy yoga in the safest way possible. The flexible schedule and different classes they offer all through the day is a blessing.
