What a wonderful experience! The studio and practice space were clean, comfortable and inviting. Anthony’s flow, music and style were complemented by the lovely people in the room. Looking forward to my next visit to Kefi.

Love me some Kefi! This place is amazing. The owner & instructors are out of this world. They are so personable & so full of love. I love all of their classes. My favorite are Yin yoga & Heated Vinyasa ❤️

If you are like me and always wanted to try yoga class but feel anxious about not knowing what to do, don't. The space, students and instructors at Kefi are peaceful and inviting.Appointment scheduling is easy to do through the mindbody app they work with. Just open the app to schedule/cancel/get information about any class you are interested in. Super convenient if you are on a sporadic schedule.Clean yoga blocks, straps, pads, mats are provided at the entrance or you can bring your own. Just drop your shoes off in a provided cubby and head into the studio to start class. Great if you have social anxiety in group settings.Finally. MY HIPS FEEL FREAKING AMAZING. And my energy is through the roof. Been waking up early for some of the AM classes and end up being twice as productive in my day after a session at Kefi. Everytime I feel my right hip slip into place I want to log onto yelp and add another star to this review.PS: The first three are free because it's an addictive drug and you will get hooked.

I'm so happy to have found my yoga home at Kefi Yoga! From the moment I arrived, I've been treated kindly (I'm extremely out of yoga practice) and with intelligence and a true desire to expand my practice. LOVE Kefi! What a hot breath of fresh air. I was a hard core power goer until it became too corporate. This little studio is how a yoga community should feel like - no judgment, no shoulds, no body contest, no ego, just like-minded people from all walks of life coming together to sweat and unwind. Thanks Angel, for creating this small slice of heaven :)

I had just moved from the westside practicing yoga for 18 years there before moving out here. So you can imagine my hunt for the perfect studio was intense. I'm now a Kefi yoga addict and I can't stop, won't stop. From the soulful vinyasa classes to the powerful sculpt classes, there's something for everyone. The teachers are highly accessible and bring a sense of love and spirituality to the hard core workout which is a tough balance generally. Try it for yourself as the first few classes are free ;).

I teach at Kefi.We have great teachers and our mama bear Angel is really an Angel!!! Angel is very giving person.I’m so happy to teach for her and we have great students too. There are always laugh and smiles there.I’m so grateful to be surrounded by all beautiful souls!

I’ve been doing yoga since the 1990s and at every kind of studio from Parks and Rec to high end lux studios and even gym yoga. I have ebbed and flowed in my yoga practice inconsistently, until now. I’ve been consistent since spring of 2021 when Kefi first opened. This studio is the best I’ve found to date. The equipment and studio are state of the art. Angel has spared no expense on heating, humidifier as well as the sound system. The teachers are exceptional. There is a class for whatever your needs whether it be fun; Glow flow (black light), Or Spiritual (full moon flow), hyper focused alignment classes with Imari or Matthew and extra hard work out classes like Sculpt. Also there are enough times in the schedule to support my particular scheduling needs. But what stands out to me over everything is the supportive community. It’s like “cheers” where everybody knows your name. Kefi is a very inclusive environment, no Yoga clicks, and the first studio that does not have a cringy competitive vibe, no competition on or off the matt. I love that there are BIPOC yogis, and all body shapes and sizes doing yoga together. My fellow Yogis are genuinely happy to see each other in the lobby and there for each other through the various seasons of our lives. This all trickles down from Kefi’s fearless, caring and hilarious leader Angel. Her classes are my absolute favorite, she somehow gets into the most advanced poses without us even knowing it, laughing all the way. Thank you Angel for building this all encompassing yogic space for us to come together and get our needs met whatever they be.

Kefi is an amazing studio and offers a variety of heated and non heated classes. Its clean studio and friendly instructors are amazing! The teachers guide you through your practice ,and will be there after for any questions on postures . I love this studio and hope you will too . Namaste and see you on the Mat @ Kefi Yoga

I am continually impressed by Kefi Yoga!! I have always loved hot yoga and the benefits it gives, but getting to do it in a yoga studio like Kefi is out of this world!! The teachers are all tremendous and they each bring a special personal flair to their classes. The studio is very clean, always plenty hot, and full of fantastic vibes. What other studio offers fresh ice-cold hibiscus tea (FREE) after every class? I've even walked out of a hot hot yoga class to be greeted with a cup of this delicious tea, handed to me from Angel (the owner)herself. Now that is some service! What other studio gives each student an ice cold cloth (presoaked in lavender essential oils) at the end of your hot yoga class? What other studio offers fresh brewed coffee (FREE), served up with a smile when you walk in? I have belonged to a lot of yoga studios over the last three decades, and I can honestly say that KEFI YOGA is the best!!!!
