Love Kefi Yoga! Angel is an amazing and knowledgeable instructor. Her private classes have challenged me to be better. I'm used to spinning and weightlifting but Yoga has been a great addition and balance to my weekly workouts.

Angel and her whole team are such a DREAM! The studio is new and set up so nicely. The instructors are top notch people and I enjoy meeting them all with each new class I take! So happy this is the studio I chose to practice at!!

Kefi Yoga is the best Studio in LA. They welcome all and cultivate a caring, loving environment. You have all of the classes that you could need and then some. My favorite are the specialty Glow Flows. Great Teachers and I have learned a lot! Namaste

I am so grateful to have found KEFI. The caliber of instructors is phenomenal! The schedule offers weekly heated flow, YIN, Sculpt, Mat Pilates along with many special events (Sound Bowl, monthly Friday night flow with food & homemade treats made personally by the owner, Angel). And the cleanliness of this heated studio is unparalleled. This studio vibes like a second home: always friendly, warm and inviting. First 3 classes are free. No other privately owned studio can possibly offer more.

This is a great studio with great instructors! Join the membership if you want a nice yogic family feel with your yoga. The studio hosts a nice variety of events and different types of yoga to try and love. Classes are easy to book through the MindBody app and they recently expanded their space. I am looking forward to my next class.

Best hot yoga studio in the South Bay. Outstanding teachers. Classes offered at all levels and many many time slots available so there’s no excuse not to go! Bonus points is that they offer 3 complimentary classes so you can check the place out. People are uber friendly, space is clean and inviting, plenty of free parking and they also offer workshops and special guest teachers. It’s a definite win win. Angel, the owner is a truly wonderful, kind, and generous human. So grateful this is my new yoga home. 🙏🏻💫

I just started coming to this studio and can already tell that it’s my type of yoga home and community. There is a wide diversity of classes and instructors, making it easy to find something that fits with your schedule and style. The studio itself is perfect - large, clean, with personality and not fancy (which I prefer). But most of all, the people are incredibly kind - you can tell they all love each other and where they work; which is what makes the community feel special. I’m only on class 3 but know I will be enjoying many more at Kefi!

Amazing workout and a great team!I did the Sculpt class with Angel.I never had a hot yoga class like that - it was tough but in the best way!
