So much more than just a yoga studio. Create community, find strength, and sometimes giggle while doing so.Clean, modern, and generous amenities including: towel service for members, filtered water, accessories for class, weekend coffee, daily tea and fresh fruit, cubbies to leave belongings during class, and the best a chilled towel at the end of each class.The instructor team here is top notch! Offering mindful modifications and adjustments. Their music is always spot on and the classes fly by.From heated to slow flow the schedule has it all. Kefi rocks!

Kefi Yoga Studio is AMAZING and has truly helped me make time for myself in my busy life and I look forward to every class I can squeeze in. The environment, instructors, music and classes are EXCELLENT! There is such a good vibe at Kefi and I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s the first studio I enjoyed so much that I purchased a membership. Angel is full of good energy, enthusiasm and a great sense of humor. She has really made this place unique to any other studio out there. I highly recommend Kefi Yoga!

This is an awesome place to do yoga, I’ve been to all the other corporate yoga places and I found this to be very comfortable environment, the teachers are so nice and very helpful. The studio is very clean and has everything we need to have an awesome class!

Kefi has chanced my perspective of yoga. I now enjoy all the benefits of mobility and mindfulness. I especially enjoy the hot yoga and the physical challenge it presents. My balance has improved significantly. Thank you Kefi!

This is the first studio I’ve signed up for a membership with and it has been the best experience. There’s a great variety of classes offered, tons of support from the teachers, and a really positive atmosphere overall. I’ve learned something different from each class I’ve taken. I can’t recommend Kefi enough.

Kefi has been there for me since the onset of COVID 2019. I was lost in the wind with no place work out or chill out but along came 'Angel' and Kefi. We do the Yoga, we sweat, drink coffee and chat it up. The studio is vibe is caring. The instructors are top notch. They have a variety of classes to suit your needs (vinyasa, work shops, get togethers, kundalini (breath work yoga), sculpt and more. I attend the morning 6:30 AM class mostly. I got my groove back with Kefi. Its helped in more ways than I could imagine. Booya..get in the studio. Thank You Angel!!

Really great classes for all kind of people at different levels and intensity. The instructors are super nice and the cold fragrant towel provided at the end is the perfect way to end every session. Really great value here!
