I have found my yoga home in the SouthBay! Kefi studio is beautiful, spacious, clean and inviting. The heart of Kefi is definitely the instructors. All are SO talented and knowledgable in the practice and provide many different choices for my mood and feeling of the day. Love my Kefi sanctuary!

Kefi yoga is one of my favorite studios! Each teacher offers a unique yoga experience whether you're new to yoga or a long time practioner. You will feel welcomed with open arms and learn something new about your body each time you take class.

I love this yoga studio! I'm a regular Yin Yoga attendee. Chinatsu who teaches the class is so patient and caring while being uplifting. I move better and no longer have the stiffness I sometimes get from rolling out of bed in the mornings due to the deep stretches we do in class. Most important, this class has enabled me to release tension stored in my body from a sometimes intense, stressful job. She's an amazing instructor! The owner, Angela, has a great energy and aura. She's very warm, welcoming and community oriented which is why I joined in the first place. Sarah teaches a great restorative class and so does Maya as an alternate Yin instructor. 5/5 I recommend Kefi Yoga studio! This is my home away from home. :-)

UGH. Best yoga studio I have ever been to. The instructors are all incredibly kind and genuine lovers of their craft. Kefi itself is more like a community or family as opposed to just a place you go to and do yoga and duck out after.I love this place, the franchisey yoga studios could never compare. HIGH REC. Get over there if you know what’s good for ya.

LOVE the Kefi family! All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I always leave feeling rejuvenated, satisfied and grateful. This facility is not concerned about how clean the place is. Usually exercise studios have certain dress codes for the fact that during exercise and physical acrivity we are more prone to perspiration and by wearing a top and bottom and even carrying a towel we can limit the exposure of the sweat to others especially when the facility has a more intimate setting such as a hot yoga studio. I and a few more people witnessed men without tops with their sweat splashing and dripping on others as they were moving around during the class. Very unsanitary and gross. When this concern was brought up to Angel the owner, she was all in favor of men moving around "topless" and women "having to cover up". Very unhappy. I usually refer friends to small businesses but when I tell them about this kind of behavior from the owner, they all refuse to want to go there.
