Usually crowded except the times where all gyms are not crowded. Only one water bottle refill and it’s dispenses warm water. There are water fountains but no other refill there water machine, was told they had cold water at front desk…it’s the PF brand water and for sale of course. No answer as to if it will get fixed or not. been going to this location about 2 months or so who knows how long it’s been this way or if ever will get fixed.

Thank you Planet fitness, Tracy for always greeting with a warm Welcome. You guys make me feel like family whenever I’m at the gym working out. Amanda, Angel, Mariya, Austin, and Zanae are very hard working and kind people this gym is my forever gym.

Hi… My name is Ray. I’ve been a member of planet fitness about 6 month. I want to give a 5 star review for Erica Lynn and kellie.. Very hard workers @ PF. Erica Lynn always on the go busy busy busy working. She keeps paper towel rack full for members, picking up weights returning to proper area etc….When I come in the front desk lady Kellie always gives that quick pep talk that gives you the energy to go hard and get that full workout in that’s needed.. 5 star for everyone working at PF. There all great staff keeps the place running smooth everyday….

I recently looked at the facility and potentially sign up for membership. Immediately the staff seemed friendly and walked us around the entire location. We were informed that there were going to be some changes to the facility soon, which we didn't think would be a great idea (but hey we are not the business owners so - that is their choice - to remove many of the treadmills). Either way at the end of our tour, we decided we wanted to sign up for membership. We were going to do the $25 one since both me and my husband liked the after workout room (therapeutic beds). I told the young guy that we wanted to sign up and he told me that it was done online, he said we should have gotten a link via our emails. Which my husband did, but I did not. But I did get one via text message. We sat down and started to input our information on their app/program. It glitched and had minor issues, but once we finished and got to the bottom it asked for our banking information. I went back up to the clerk and asked them if we were able to pay with our debit cards, since who walks around with their bank books anymore. He just looked at me and said, look at your app. Huh? After clarification, I told him that I do not have my banking information on my phone. He told me “Well you can go and sign up at home then". Excuse me? That was a little rude. When we asked about the additional annual fee we would be charged, the clerk told us it was for paperwork reasons. What paperwork? You are making your clients do all the clerical work of inputting the information for you, why would you charge me for that? His response because the company does. Yeah, no thank you. I told him, for future reference he should tell potential new clients that they need their banking information prior to signing up on their app, or that they must sign up at home and not at the facility. Either way, with his attitude, we will probably never visit “Planet Fitness" again. The customer service was lacking, even when I asked a supervisor to ask questions, I was told they were right there by them and wouldn't tell us anything different. *Eye roll. Reason 1001 why you do not join a gym that is run like this.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Tracy Planet Fitness. Gym is well kept and very clean. Angel the assistant manger has greeted and welcomed my family and I with positive vibes consistently. Also very friendly staff who makes me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. But huge SHOUTOUT to JOSHUA CORTEZ, for being the best employee. Always seeing him cleaning equipments and greeting guests that are coming in and out the door. Joshua has been very approachable. Nothing but good things to say about this gym.

Love this tracy gym! All staff is amazing, friendly, welcoming. Angel is the BEST! He greets every person who comes in with a smile. He makes everyone feel comfortable, pushes & motivated everyone to enjoy their daily workouts! Angel is fun encouraging, i look forward to come in everyday to the tracy location because of the team!
