I really Enjoy coming to this specific Planet Fitness. The staff is very friendly. I work in the bay area and The one in Tracy is By far the most cleanliness. Management and staff are doing a great job.

This location is pretty nice in comparison to other ones that I've been to. We'll maintained and newer equipment

Honestly the best planet fitness I've been to in all the places I've gone to in the United States. A huge assortment of weights and machines.

Too crowded. PF crowd meter said 3 out of 10 but the gym was full. Dumbbells are old, written in dark grey with black background, cant even distinguish what is the weight unless you go closer. Old equipments.

We have been getting charged a late fee on our dues despite the fact that they automatically charge the $10 out of our account themselves, only to then charge a $15 late fee a few days later. Should have listened to those who told us not to sign up with them.UpdateFinally terminated our memberships with them. We were being charged late fees for what was supposed to be an automatic payment system. In other words, they were the ones withdrawing the payment, but yet when they did they also accused us of paying late? how so? it's your system that withdraws the payment? We spoke the to girl at the front desk about it, and although she was very polite, she was also pretty useless in addressing our concerns. It isn't her fault, but it would have been nice to have a manager there we could have had actually resolve this. Per her explanation the system was not withdrawing the funds from the associated bank account but rather from the debit card on file which resulted in longer than average processing times which resulted in us being charged a late fee....seems like a problem on PF's end that WE are being punished for. This was an extra $15/month per account! $30/month EXTRA!!!!! I would never, NEVER recommend anyone does business with PF ever, they STEAL from their customers. I am contacting them today again as WE WANT OUR STOLEN FUNDS BACK!update 2:We were wrong, we got DOUBLE charged on the late fees in some months! with May 2023 getting a $15/per account fee on May 1st (so $30 total) and again on May 15th ANOTHER $30 that's $60/month EXTRA !! THIS GYM WILL STEAL FROM YOU!

Nice gym, can get pretty crowded with equipment runing short... front desk staff can be friendly or rude depending on who is present , a couple of them are friendly and greet you when you enter, whilst the others seem pretty rude tending to nothing and ignoring customers as they enter/exit the gym....

If you're going to make rules and not enforce them, why bother? I can understand wanting the 30 minute workout zone to be used, but when you allow people to take 30 second to do reps on weight machines and then sit there for the next 2 to 3 minutes looking at their phones, you might as well just take down the signs, take out the steps, and put more weight machines in there. It's manageable for those of us actually trying to use that area for it's purpose during off peak hours -- but walking in there when every single machine is occupied? Enforce the rules or find a compromise you can post and enforce -- or just get rid of the rules.

I come here all the time with my man and they declined my access.Due to my man not being with me and he has a black card.I always come alone without himAnd they let me go in today I had a rude girl behind the counter tell me I can go in with him.

Angel, Amanda and the front desk staff create a fun environment at this gym. They actually make working out fun

I’ve been going to this gym for about 2 years now.I have to say that even though the gym is decent, the staff is always nice to me. I feel like that’s what makes gyms good, is the staff.They always greet me when I walk in and they’re just nice.
