Crowded location, limited equipment that takes forever to get a chance to use, no showers, missing coathooks in locker rooms, weights never re-racked. Avoid this location if possible.

Thank you Abigail Szlasa for helping Planet Fitness steal money from costumers. You and your manager who does wants yo give her name are doing a good job making people lose more money in this difficult time.

This gym is large and airy. There are many machines and plenty of room to work out. The staff keeps things clean and we'll stocked with cleaning materials.

Very crowded and the staff never pay attention when I made the complaint from a woman that who went overboard to my youngest son. Bad situation that I do not going back over there. Also we still have the Pandemic and they never control how many people is going to be there. They don't care if is crowded.

This PF does not sanitize enough. I go three times a week at an hour each time. During these times, I have never seen this gym sanitize. I bring my own sanitizing products. They need to do better in sanitizing.

Signed up my son up with a black card so he can take his brother with him, I explained that when i signed him up to make sure there was no issues , 2 weeks pass and a staff member decided not to let my kid in cause he was under age, it’s amazing how a grown man turns down a good kid from the gym, especially with everything going on with covid, the least he could’ve done is let him finish workout and explain the situation so i can address it, I understand there are rules, policies, but if the kids have been going for a couple of weeks, whats another day!? Pick up the phone... call the guardian.. explain the situation... learn how to be tactful! For this reason i will be canceling all 3 memberships

I rarely ever write reviews. So yesterday, I was on the stationary bike and this white guy who works at the front desk insisted that I should not put my hoodie on a machine that is not being used. Mind you, all of the other machines were vacant. I said that to him, then he had the audacity to grab my hoodie from the vacant machine. Not cool at all. I have been going to Planet Fitness for almost 2 years and never experience this before. I told him to bring his manager, so I can talk to him. The guy did not do it right away. He kept pressing me. He was rude. Eventually, he did bring the Manager to talk to me. The Manager was very professional for the most part. The situation was resolved, but I still felt a certain type of way about the overall case. The manager is the only reason why I am giving a 2 star rating, instead of 1.

I love this place, been going there for 1 year and I built 10 pounds of muscle. Its a great deal and even more so for black card members like myself. For 20 dollars you get a gym membership worth 50+ with a great environment and well maintained social distance and clean working areas and options to clean the area that you are about to use yourself so you can be extra sure and safe while working out

Signed up thinking there were trainers because they had provided a schedule online to sign up for classes.. they do not have any hired trainers! I believe that's false advertisement!?I've called, and just like any other reviews, the person who picked up was very rude, trying to rush me off the phone.Why is it so hard to talk to a manager?

very good equipment at a reasonable price. Only drawback is that some members monopolize the 30 minute express machines by doing multiple sets instead of using the identical equipment in the open area
