Smells terrible and I didn't even work out for 15 minutes because the stench was unbearable. It felt like in certain areas they didn't have ventilation and it smelt like they haven't cleaned in months. First and last time I'm ever coming to this gym. The environment is also very small .

I just don't like that there's no way to sign up without a bank account. I basically have to work out here on a friend's membership when I want my own. Other than that, I like it here. I go in the mornings so there's plenty of machines available and less people.

It varies depending on who the manager is and the staff --- managers don't seem to last more than a year or two, high turn-over staff. EXCELLENT atmosphere, best lighting, music, layout, equipment compared to other PF's in the arrea. Lockers all full length instead of half. Very mixed crowd - oollege students, Russians, Hispanics, Afro, most don't talk, just do the work, all business, great work-out.

Called in to get my balance and gave my phone number which was not in the system so I gave a old number. They tell me I have an outstanding balance that has to be paid or I can't come back. My new membership is almost four years old and I paid my old balance in cash (you can't have a new contract wirh a balance) they asked me do I have the receipt. Really from four years ago. My receipt is the fact that I'm almost 4 years into a new contract. With all the money they make and they still try and rob you blind and treat you like you're a fool.

Absolutely terrible when it comes to being customer oriented, from not being signed up properly my first time to being given the run around when trying to end my membership. The entire planet fitness franchise is terrible. Only two starts because they’re open 24/7 . Only good thing about this terrible place. Happy to be going back to Crunch.

Update: they took my advice and hired a very good, happy & friendly trainer!!!Still need Android connectors.Could use some repairs to some of the treadmills, but they actively keep everything clean.Bring your own lock.Needs a trainer, which they have been promising "in a week or so" for over a year. Also need Android not just cRapl hookups.

Also the customer service let's people come in without checking who they are and people don't wape down the equipment. People in there have no idea how to use equipment and ask u how to use it. I am just trying to workout. Like I said never again. Never again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The gym is pretty cool a few things makes me wish I never got a membership there.. lots of people standing around hogging the 30minute workout area, parking is a hassle anytime you go and there is no gym atmosphere there. The staff is friendly and the locker room area is clean. The black card benefits are a plus and they let you take full advantage of your membership. Nice place but rules need to be enforced at times.

Worst "gym" ever. You go to the game to workout not to smell pizza and eat tootsie rolls. I went there this afternoon to cancel my membership and I couldn't even do that because nobody was at the desk. So after 20 minutes of standing there and watching multiple people just take drinks and other merchandise I decided to leave. Hopefully someone will be there later so I can quit this bulls**t "gym"!

The Staffs are really friendly, including the trainer (Kyle Ford).Facility is usually clean. My only suggestion is to clean the water fountain every day.
