I frequent this gym often and have never seen it dirty I don’t understand where these reviews come from. The staff is also pretty friendly if you come there to work out I mean how many complaints can you have.

I was injured while using the equipment here. They are old, broken, and filthy. I reported the event and was told that I would be contacted by the supervisor. I was never contacted and the employees ignored me when I brought up the incident in the following week. I will never come back here. This gym is the worst and most unprofessional planet fitness I ever visited.

Cheap price and open 24 hours...all basic machines..massage chair and beds..what more can u get.. Owner is nice to me and great improvement in the up keep of machines. Can improve on cleanliness a teeny notch

I agree Yamilex is very unfriendly with very arrogant behavior. It's disappointment to know that guests are not allowed to use any amenities. It's funny when Planet fitness is spending so much money to promote itself but at the same time has no value for customer feedback. I spoke to manager about my concern, and he says it's OK if I give any feedback. Disappointing, just joined and can't wait to leave.

I tried calling for an hour to inquire about membership no answer. I show up to the Ewing NJ PF and there are NO employees. Members walked up to me and said oh the manager comes in at 9am-ish. I said wait why isnt there any employees here? Members said the manager has us look after the gym until he comes in this place is very poorly run it's always like this. Wow great way to show you care about potential members. Absolute disgrace.

I have a membership that I do not utilize as much as I would like. With that being said, planet fitness has debit my account for the Annual membership fee 3 times this year, most recently November 2018. My annual fee is not due until March of 2019. I’ve contacted this facility and spoke with Anthony (again) and was told it’s an error and the funds would be in my account 5-7 business days that was on November 5th and I am still waiting. As stated before this is not the first time. I’ve contacted the corporate office in which you get a freaking automated voice telling me I have to contact the facility. Poorly ran business, customer service sucks as well. Once my funds are back in my account I will be terminating my membership.

Unfortunately the price you pay is the type of people you get ! I was waiting to get a membership for approximately a half hour and decided to walk around. Well im glad i did based on the fact some or most of the equipment was either inoperable or filthy. Once i was approached by a staff member she proceeded to assist me but then started casually talking to someone else like i wasn't even there. I wouldn't recommend this place at all unless you are into gym hookups. Oh ! And don't forget to wipe your feet on the way out ! It is just that nasty ! Corporate needs to go and pull their name of off this Trenton location immediately ! The Hamilton location has what it really takes to have a nice gym atmosphere without all the nonsense. Thanks to the lady who told me to take that extra ride for better satisfaction. And get the Black Card it is well worth it !

To be fair, I have never seen this place filthy as some other reviewers mentioned. It has always been reasonably clean for a gym, even in the locker area. Also, I haven't had any issues or even heard of any issues with anyone's car being stolen or broken into here.I think sometimes folks are eager to be more negative on anything in the Trenton area (although this is barely technically Ewing).However, they seem to have an issue with getting broken equipment back up to par in a timely manner.My biggest gripe isn't with this location, but the Planet Fitness company in general. They are less than helpful if you have any problem regarding billing or wanting to cancel. You will be instructed to contact your branch but you'll get someone at that branch who will basically say they can't help too much with billing issues and you need to call here, call there or come in person to speak to a manager. It's the old run-around and it's frustrating as hell. They could use less of that and more actual customer service.

It's the closest Planet Fitness to me. I only have it 4 stars because my previous experience about 3 months ago was aweful. The previous manager and young lady that worked there were aweful. The gym was kept clean, cleaning bottles would be empty and garbage was always full. I would stand around looking for someone to assist me with the beds and toner machine. Sometimes I didn't see anyone and just left. Now there is another young man, sorry I didn't get his name, but he's there when I go 5 in the morning. He is awesome. Since he's been there, everything is clean, bottles filled and available when needed to gain access to the Black Card perks. Please keep him, so I don't have to go all the way to Hamilton Twp location!

The afternoon staff is pleasant, but not the night staff (4-5 am). The equipment is all in good working order, and appears to have been taken care of. However, this is the most unclean planet fitness that I’ve ever been to, from Missouri to Maine. The showers look like they haven’t been cleaned in over a month, toilets have been stopped up for days in a row, (I’ve been here several times due to the location), and there’s a residue on the bathroom floors that would suggest they haven’t been thoroughly cleaned for a very long time. I will gladly be going out of my way to visit a location that actually cares about its appearance, and patrons.
