My boyfriend and I just moved to Tulsa and are originally from Minnesota. We both have a valid license but they claim they can't give a day pass or tour to anyone without having proof of them living in Tulsa. We moved just 3 days ago and don't have Oklahoma IDs yet. Crunch has so many locations all over the US so i dont see why i couldnt even get a tour because i just moved here... I would love to hear why they sent us out the door. Very disappointed.

Management is terrible. Called club to get details on why my girlfriends account was banned. Manager Zach was extremely rude and would not explain what happened to the account. Or what violation caused it. He hung up the phone then refused to accept my call after I called back. Will be taking this matter corporate.

Love the staff, equipment, and general vibe. The red light availability on the mid tier membership is one of the things that really makes it for me. I wish they offered an al a carte option for red light therapy and hydro for my guests.

Terrible staff that makes you feel unwelcome if you are not fit already. They see someone who is struggling as just money scammed. They will make you take this one hour training (crunch kickoff) when you sign up and force you to get a personal trainer and if you say no or you can’t afford it, they will tell you “hopefully you’ll be alive to see your kids in 15 years then”. Their personal trainer manager said those exact words during the crunch kickoff session. The trainers will just see you as a number to their goal they have to hit. Only one of the trainers has been nice to us during our five months here. All the other trainers will judge you during your workout. Prepare to build thick skin when working out here.

Multiple Squat Racks, tons of space for open weight and Bench press.I dislike the group fitness taking up the ENTIRE stretching area.Always interrupting everyone's workouts bc they have to teach a class, even though they have a huge group fitness room which is blocked to members from using.SMALL locker rooms barely 80 lockers.

Absolutely not recommending this place, I went in march and got convinced to get 2 secciones for $224 and while I was signing I asked it’s for 2 sessions right? So they just said yes sign here and I did, after that they tried to charge my card before I even did my first session and every 2 weeks after that and I never agreed to that. A worker their kept texting me to pay it and I told him I didn’t agree to that and he said “ well you signed it” but they were in such hurry for me to sign which was my mistake I should have read the whole contract, They are still charging my card and sometimes is $215 and other times it’s $240, and they try to charge my card several times a day I called to cancel and they said I can’t do it over the phone I had to do it online so I tried that and I called again and then they said oh you have to come in in person. The workers there are young and need more customer service experience. I’m not paying almost $500 a month then on top of that the membership I just wanted 2 sessions to get me going, the gym is great but customer service is not.

I love this gym I really do I love the equipment and I even canceled my Genesis membership to come here UNFORTUNATELY the male manager at this location SUCKS. He does not listen to the gym members nor does he listen to his staff. The sauna at Genisis is almost at 200 while the sauna at crunch USED TO BE AT 190 but little mr everything has to be my way Insists it’s too hot and lowered it to 176 despite 3 of us telling him it was too cold still. I also found out that he lowered it in the male side causing many to complain or just cancel their memberships. His staff try to tell him but he just simply doesn’t care. I am definitely NOT signing a membership here if my voice isn’t heard.

I was filled with anticipation when I decided to give this gym a try. However, my excitement quickly faded during my first visit when the staff treated me rudely and made it difficult for me to enter, even though it was my first time there. Undeterred, I returned with my boyfriend on a separate occasion, hoping for a better experience. He had a valid day free pass, and I was prepared to pay for my own day pass. To our surprise, we were told that he couldn't enter because the gym was apparently "for locals only," despite him providing employment verification. The staff member present insisted on denying us entry. This incident left me disappointed. As a Lifetime member, I had been considering switching gyms, but the lackluster attention and poor customer service I encountered reinforced my decision to stick with Lifetime, despite the higher cost.

I was super excited to go to this gym, I signed up. Unfortunately with my current pregnancy I am high risk and unable to workout. I have tried ma any times on the app to freeze my account since February. No answer back from the gym, no email and no phone calls. It's very frustrating being charged and month after month and not having a response from them. I called the gym, theyrecommended me to write and mail them a letter with my request and I did. Well to my surprise I was charged again. It's very annoying that their form of communication is this bad what's the point of the app telling I will have a t eam member contact me with in 1 to 2 business days. We'll It's been 3month almost 4.

While the gym is very well equipped if I had small children who couldn’t speak up I would never leave my babies in that day care. I was picking up my 10yr old and saw a small baby crying while the staff just sat and watched him. My daughter tells me that’s normal when she is there. I realize you only leave your kids for a short time you still expect their basic needs to be met.
