I really wanted to like this gym. The staff seemed super friendly when I first joined, but some of the Saturday employees were very unwelcoming and acted bothered that I even spoke to them. I wish I could find a gym that felt more inclusive but this one feels like all the rest :(

Too crowded, small gym compared to other crunch fitness locations. Employees seem to be unhappy, unprofessional & lazy. You get what you pay for I guess.

The gym is clean and has lots of equipment. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I wish the locker room was a little bigger.

Gym maintenance is so bad, for example the 2 water fountains filter status has been RED for 2 months, every time i ask if they will replace the filter they say "yeah" "we got a plumber coming" "we will" but for 2 months nothing has been done, remember people drink from it. Also, the scale at the men's bathroom was broken and now completely gone nowhere to be found

This gym has everything. Equipment is brand new and staff is attentive to customers when questions or needs arise.Edit: been coming here for a month and the water filters have been red the whole time. I have mentioned it a couple times, and it’s clear there’s no real urgency to fix it. So back down to 3 stars until it’s fixed.

Good gym for overnight workouts. It has limited equipment, so going during a busier time may result in waiting for longer. Take advantage of the mid tier membership for the hydromassage and the red light therapy. Additionally, staff is super nice and always there if you need anything.

This is the worst gym I have ever been to. They are not professional, they are scamming people out of their money and they won’t cancel your membership like that say they will. They claim you have to give a 30 day notice but even after you give it they still don’t close your account. If you’re looking for a new gym try planet fitness or vasa because this new Gym is not it. They’re terrible and definitely not worth the money they’re scamming people out of.

Tried this gym since it was new. It’s ok machines are new but cheap. You get what you pay for. Walked in March 16th and needed to freeze my account and the front desk told me they took care of it and didn’t get a signature from me. My card was stolen and needed to wait till dispute was over to get another card. March 23rd my account shows overdue balance of almost $50. I went back to the gym and they didn’t freeze my account at all. Front desk tells me they can’t freeze my account till the balance is paid. I can’t pay cash either since my card was stolen. He proceeded to tell me “ well this is why we ask for a routing and account number “ and told me they couldn’t wave the fee or do anything essentially. Had to buy a prepaid visa to pay the balance. Needless to say I cancelled my membership due to the way this was handled. Cherry on top is when I cancelled my membership they emailed my contract and the front desk puts “ too difficult for her to understand “ as my reason of cancellation. Lmao. I’ll stick to my usual 10 gym over this overrated gym that cant even properly clean their bathrooms.

Always too crowded to use their machine and they double charged my account. I'll be getting both of those charges back and not messing with them any more.
