Crunch Fitness - Tulsa

My husband and i have a memebership with Gensis but one night after working out we decided we would go check out crunch because we’ve been hearing great things. We walked in and made our way to the group of employees and asked if we could take a look around ourselves or get a tour and we let them know we currently are with Genesis . The employee who “helped” us didn’t really know what to say or how to proceed. He didn’t communicate with us, just walked off and asked somebody else. From there it got passed along to a few diff ppl while we stood there waiting. Finally the man at the front desk told us to just sit down and someone could get to us. So we left. We were really interested in this gym for a couple amenities that they have compared to genesis. There were several employees around at the front who weren’t busy, or we could have walked around ourselves and looked either way. That experience alone immediately confirmed we will stay where we currently are.

Excellent gym! It has everything anyone can want.

Great environment, employees are very helpful, and has an amazing set up of weights and workout machines.

I always booked the class over the phone and you all were really helpful. I called today to make the class again but the lady said I cannot do it. I have to make it through the apps only or come 30 minutes before the class and book at the gym. I explained my situation because my phone cannot download the apps because my Iphone has not changed to the United States version so I cannot download anything available over here. She was still refusing to book the class over the phone and whenever I get off work and go to book the class at the gym you are always full. You all have a computer in front of you guys and all you have to do is just put my name in the system and you all cannot do it. When I need to cancel you said I have to wait for 60days after I signed up. I literally pay $30 and fees for no reason and I cannot even join the class because you all did not help me to book it. I am so disappointed at the place.

The fact that you guys charged me and my wife $208 dollars within a week is just sketchy to me and convinces me that you guys cannot be trusted anymore. I used to think you guys were top notch, but what you guys are doing with peoples money is bad for business and that’s how you lose good customers. We’ll be up there soon to talk to a manager.

In general I love the gym it’s big, not too busy and almost no wait times for the machines I want to use, my main issue is with the locker room, even with the frosted glass doors on the showers, you can see right in, it’s not just a body shaped blur, it’s everything. It might not be an issue problem for most but I know I don’t want to be showering and have strangers see me.

Love your UV light, sauna , hydro massage chairs, your machines work so well and everyone keeps the facility clean. Also doesn’t feel intimidating there . Really loving crunch now!

Love this gym! Great staff and classes and equipment.The fitness rooms are very warm, however, and they could really benefit from additional fans. We'd love to see this improvement!

LOOOVVE being a member here! Everyone is nice, helpful, and hospitable! Things are kept neat and clean. Plus there are so many class options to choose from!

Just a few peeves to many: the bathrooms are dirty,the water for washing your hands is so restricted that it is annoying,the sign up process is a hassle,the staff is unfriendly.I have asked the staff to inflate the wobble cushions 3 x and I've carried the cushion up to the front desk. the staff doesn't inflate them and returns them to the floor.The ceiling fans are nice yet not in all areas. I've asked for placement of fans in the Olympic weight platform area and got a NO response.The only plus is there is a lot of diversity for different workout types.I hope Tulsa's Crunch team takes note and responds positively.
