Didn’t really care for the amenities and u still to pay 54$ one time a year. When I signed everything was good and then 2 weeks later sauna was closed all the time and it’s super small no toilet paper and filter hasn’t been changed on faucet for a month

I’m not impressed with staff. When someone comes in to sign up you should offer a tour. That never happened. If I had not done research I would not know what you offer. The gym is huge it’s so big but that locker room is incredibly small. Not enough lockers and the space to change is horrible. Not enough sinks or toilets and not enough showers. Also the sauna is incredibly lit awkwardly placed. This gym is missing a steam room. That would be nice. Also a lot of the machines didn’t work which is only a huge red flag for the future of this gym. You have to book classes 22 hours before. No Saturday classes are available in the evening or afternoon. This gym has potential. I think they need to increase the locker rooms allow classes to be booked out a week in advance.

First time going to crunch fitness I stood at the counter, waiting on someone to help me. I had to walk up to someone just for some assistance. Definitely going back to planet fitness. Working in a public place. You have to be a people person. I wasn’t even greeted While associate stood back in the counter with There hands crossed Talking amongst each other, please do better

It's nice, clean and members are chill. Typically don't have to wait. Just wish they offered couples, family, ect. memberships. They get a little scammy with fees/technicalities (but all chains do typically).

The only issue I have is its hard to find someone when you're on the floor trying to figure out the machines and the one guy we try to get to help as we were waving him down walk right by us and we had to call out to get his attention or there's a group up front so you have a few that has good customer service so I don't know how they operate since they're just opening but please have somebody walk around once in awhile and 😊 other than that I'm still thinking about joining

Tuesday at 1230pm😐...Smallest locker rooms I've ever seen. Considering the layout you CAN'T not give the guys next to you a lapdance. I felt like someone owed me a 20. The sauna was packed like sardines in a can. Two toilets and both were occupied by the same people for the 30 mins I was in the gym. I asked if they could hurry up but was told to be patient(by the employee). Even tried to go next door to no avail. On a Tuesday at 1230pm!!! Had a confrontation with one of the toilet campers who just happened to be an employee hiding out and playing on his phone. Do they not have an employee restroom!?!? Not only is this place way too packed for noon on a Tuesday but we need to share the locker room facilities with the staff??? Not at all impressed!

I joined this gym with great expectations. Less than a month in, I canceled my membership. Here is why: enrolling in a class requires you to adapt to a system that I find unfriendly and inconvenient (you can ONLY enroll in a class 22hs before the class!). The instructors are great. Their policy is not.

Disappointed. You would think that a business depending on happy customers / clients would put the wants of those people before their own. Either management lacks the understanding for what their members want out of group fitness classes OR the group fitness management has decided they know what’s best for everyone and that’s that. The group fitness management needs an attitude check, and potentially a trip to an HR convention. Overall management, but specifically group fitness management lacks respect, understanding and empathy for their own employees. If you are a hardworking, unique, fun-loving individual interested in teaching group fitness classes at a gym in the Tulsa area, do not expect to get anything short of critical, disrespectful, gross micromanagement from Crunch Fitness. Not recommended to a friend.
