Barre instructor Sorina is amazing! Her bubbly personality makes class so much better and makes me want to continue! I enjoy all of her classes!

I am being harassed by one of your employees to the point where I feel uncomfortable going to your gym. I would like to set up a time to meet with you (general Manager only) to discuss the issue in full detail. I have called to speak with you but you were not there. I will call on my day off again to set up an appointment.

I like this club. I like the hours and location. The equipment selection is pretty good. The staff and patrons keep the place clean. I’m very concerned with the poor mask compliance on the part of other members though. It’s a “health” club. My main goal is to be healthy. I am reluctant to go because I don’t want to take unnecessary risks.

The staff is amazing and friendly. The gym itself is clean as well as bright and open. There's plenty of equipment to use its definitely bigger than it looks.

the gym itself and staff are very nice. the problem with In Shape is at the corporate level and website/app. they never get back to me when i try to contact them and the website/app will not allow me to do anything. can't change payment method, cancel membership, or anything. very frustrating.
