Craig is a joke of a manager. I was in the kid club picking up my daughter and he was talking to and distracting an employee with stories of his personal life. You can tell he thinks highly of himself.If you have children, I definitely don’t recommend going there. My daughter got her hair and leg pulled by another girl there and nothing was done about it. They just said “no pulling hair” and that was it. I was made to be the bad guy because I told the girl’s mom about the incident. She complained and said she felt uncomfortable. Well that’s good, because I’m sure my daughter was uncomfortable while getting her hair pulled. Not to mention that now she cries and is scared to go to the gym.Craig had no sympathy and handled the situation horribly. You can tell which person he sided with. He hardly let me talk and basically told me that I’m lucky I don’t lose my membership for addressing another parent. I was about to cancel my membership, but remembered there is an in shape in Ceres. So now I’ll just drive 10 miles out of my way in hopes that they have a better manager over there.Other wise all the other staff has been very nice and helpful. No other problems.

I recently rejoined this gym and have been extremely happy with the management since I’ve been back, especially Craig. He has been very helpful and informative with anything I need. He takes his time to explain things when I have questions. And dude ALWAYS has a smile on his face!! It’s nice to go to a gym where all of the staff is so amazing!

This gym is clean with good working equipment. The staff are always smiling and professional from the front desk to management. I can’t say enough good things about Juanita in the Kids Zone. She understands the needs of each child and their personality. I think she has eyes in the back of her head. Always a great experience. Would recommend.
