Scam! Terrible payment service. To close the contract, they are asked to come in person, which is not fair. Come up with easier ways to leave some more money for yourself.

I didn’t use it for half a year and asked to delete my account and close the contract. I think that they are doing a dirty business, forcing customers to come or write rejection letters, complicating the procedure and thereby ruining their reputation. Extortionate policy, nothing will be returned.

Planet Fitness is my favorite gym, by far! I am always greeted when I arrive and check-in is simply scanning the code on my phone!I use both the Orange and Tustin locations and what I like is that no matter which Planet Fitness location you choose, you find the same positive atmosphere and service. The gym is clean and bright, and it is very rare to see a machine that is not working. And the purple color just lightens the mood and makes it more fun!I go early in the morning and I've never had to wait for a desired machine. The app makes it easy to keep track of your workouts and even let you know how busy the gym may be.Planet Fitness has become my gym of choice!

Highly satisfied with my experience. The facility was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly. I was only in town for work for two months then I went back home to Texas otherwise I would have kept the membership. Highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks Tustin Planet Fitness!

It's a clean and spacious gym. Most equipment does not require plate loading. Get I'm an out fast. Low morning population is perfect for me. I often have the gym to myself. The staff is friendly at this location. Tustin CA should be the model gym for all Planet Fitness locations.
