Do not buy the lock from the machine, it just wastes your 14 bucks.The staff does not even know how to set it up . Basically, you get what you paid for, what can you expect for $10 a month

When people are consistently rude, it spoils the gym experience. I've complained to the front desk and a manager several times over several months. NOTHING changes. NO ONE CARES. The staff NEVER use the lunk alarm -- and they never watch for bad conduct. Some people invade your personal space like they own the place. And slamming weights is common. Rude people, you'll love this place! As for me, I'll go elsewhere.UPDATE: Problem remains. Owner, your response is a dodge. Your management has been informed MULTIPLE times. I have done due diligence -- you haven't! Just run your business the way you should. And change your hours back -- it's overcrowded! Now this PF has the least open hours of ANY Planet Fitness in SoCal! Shame! VERY BAD MANAGEMENT!

Be warned the employees at this location are not properly trained on the safety of the additional amenities they offer here. Ensuring the timer of the tanning beds is correct is very important for customer safety and can result in serious long term injury. I have been severely burned by the beds here because the employee input the wrong time on the machine or the machine don’t shut off at the correct time, it’s up for debate which one happened. This doesn’t happen at established salons because they understand the safety requirements to run these types of machines. Negligence is how lawsuits happen…

Most machines are broken and they take forever to fix them. It takes less time for a machine to break than to fix them.

I put my clothes in a locker and locked it today around 6pm. Staff broke my lock by accident and refused to give me a complimentary lock. Told me to instead talk to the manager. Employees Rudy and Moises were unprofessional through the whole process and were laughing and joking that I was trying to steal. The only person that was trying to help was a gentleman by the name of Robert I believe (he had glasses).
