I really like this location. I come on my lunch, love that it's not very busy so I can use all the equipment without waiting.

It's not busy during the times I like to go. ITs clean. It's got nice and responsive staff. Cleanliness is really the most important thing. People are disgusting and I am always surprised at the way people behave in gyms. Its a constant battle keeping the place clean and neat and tidy but they do it.

Very kind staff, specially marco (night cleaning guy) he a very efficient on his job, hopefully management keep him for long.

Overall good gym. My only complaint is that the paper towel dispenser stations are empty a lot in the early morning

Lots of machines. good vibes. Only complaint is lots of people slamming weights and to get attention, not to mention the weakening of the equipment so others can use.

It’s insane how impossible is to cancel a membership by any chance but present in the city!I’m not living anymore in the US and still cannot cancel my subscription with PF! I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel my subscription since I don’t have an US number anymore!It disappointing and I accept such Costumer Service!Please, whoever advise how to terminate this toxic agreement for never ending membership! 🤦🏻‍♀️

[Update: 12/5/2022It's been more than a year since I told different staffs at the front desk that the clothes hooks in the men's shower room are broken/wobbly and need to be fixed, and they still haven't been fixed. Water puddles (hazard) everywhere in the shower area due to poor drain, soap machines broken or out of soap over the weekend. This place sometimes makes me think there isn't anyone who manages this place. As someone mentioned previously, this place is filthy.]Despite the recent surge in the Omicron variant, this gym doesn't appear to be enforcing indoor mask mandate. 50% (or more) of the members are either not wearing mask at all or properly wearing one. I know it's hard to enforce this, but isn't it the law?The men's locker area is pretty clean, but I guess you can't make much mess in this area anyway. The Men's shower room is a bit filthy in general, and I'm lucky if I find a shower booth with soap filled (usually it's out of it) There is always the puddle on the floor, curtains and clothes hook have been in bad condition (torn, missing hook, and wobbly) for the past couple of weeks (or months possibly). It just looks like an area not well-maintained, and I always have hard time deciding whether I want to take shower here or at home.I love Planet Fitness for the price and its convenience, and I really wish this gym had a person who will take good care of the overall appearance. I've been to the one in Costa Mesa, and it shocked me because one of the staffs was walking around wiping down equipment with sanitizer and a towel. I have never seen that here at Tustin and I wish we had that.

Good experience with a quiet and relaxing vibe. Planning to visit more often to spend time on self-training.

Still pretty empty in the morning. Locker room floor needs more frequent sweeping. Showers have been given new curtains & all 4 are working.

I Would Have Given This Place 4 Stars but the Lights have Been off in the Men's Bathroom/Locker for Several Months Now. Is it the New Management, What happened to the Productivity of this Club I used to know?
