Super clean, All the staff and guests are wearing a mask, shiny clean restroom, friendly staff, and only gym I can visit with no worry even in this pandemic. They are limiting the max number so you can exercise with minimal guests. Feel safe. Thanks!

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! - Read this and the edit!Due to Covid, they were shut down like almost all other gyms. They communicated about it a bunch at the beginning (like March 2020) but then dropped off. However, they started taking money from your account again with no mention of being open, even if you have medical concerns about Covid and haven't gone in at all.The employees are incredibly rude and short with you on the phone and in person, and the "Manager" doesn't even seem to work at the location. I've called a dozen times and he is surprisingly never there at 10 am, 11 am, 3 pm, or 5 pm. Oh, but he does take "lunch" for at least 2 hours from 12-2. Whoever owns this franchise location seems to have actively tried to make it as bad as possible.Edit: See their reply below - ha! I have already talked to your employees and eventually had to come in the facility to end my membership despite Covid concerns. When I ended it, they STILL charged me ANOTHER extra month! As if stealing $60 from me wasn't enough, they had to make sure it was $80 even after I cancelled.

Update 8/29/21Yay! I LOVE FV LOCATION ONCE AGAIN. To the owner, Bryan has exceptional communication, listening and problem solving skills. So glad I stayed because he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Solved the problem.But also thanks to the efforts of Diego too. Things are back to normal here at Planet Fitness FV, I couldn't be happier. I hope Bryan and Diego are recognized for their fantastic leadership skills. I hope to see them both go far with Planet fitness. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this club, great location, it's SUPER clean clean clean, the staff is awesome, equipment well maintained, paper towels and restroom supplies kept well stocked. The lockers are also wiped down.Again, excellent staff. I can't believe how great this team (Yobana, Diego, Ivan, Nathalie, Bryan, I'm missing a few) almost forgot Nathan, they all work together to ensure that members have a great experience... Like wow! Come see for yourself. Never any bad attitudes, all smiles and eagerness to assist members, answer questions or assist with any other needs members may have. They work their butts off every single day.

Clean facilitys and professional employees. For the price of the black card membership, I get to use almost all the amenities they offer and discount prices on other items like Reebok shoes and more. Nice and friendly staff. Huge, clean and brand new gym. Has all the latest machines and equipment. Can't beat the price of $10 bucks a month. One of the best PF gyms I've been to. Keep up the great work guys!

It was my first time here today. The place is big and clean. Machines are socially distanced with plenty of cleaning stations to sanitize your area after you're done with it. Shout out to the trainer Katrina for a fun class and such a bright and positive attitude. Can't wait to take another class!

Came in for the first time on the afternoon of New Year’s Day. The workers were great and very accommodating. Place is nice and clean itself.

This Planet fitness is more spacious and organized than the other ones. I definitely like it’s location. I have one planet fitness near me but I prefer driving a little more to this one.

Great deal. $20 a month to access all locations and also bring a guest, but be aware there is a $40 annual fee that you are charged for at a random point in the year.The only downside of this particular location is that it is very dim inside.
