Great Fitness Studio!!! Very clean, well equipped and knowledgeable staff. Melissa is amazing(don’t know about other trainers since I’m new at the studio). At the end they even give you a nice towel infused with essential oils.TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

I can only speak to the barre and fusion classes, but both were excellent. Studio owner teaches both and is clearly invested in you having a good experience. I like the no pressure feeling of the place (you can tell people are just doing their thing, nobody cares how low you are squatting, instructor isn't going to call you out), the fact that everyone is local and friendly, and the classes all end with an essential oil soaked cool towel :). The class schedule is a bit limited to the times NYC commuters would want to go, but I've been told they are rolling out a system to join the classes virtually. Looking forward to trying out more classes!
