Are we sure the air quality is even safe to be breathing in with the ongoing construction? There is dust all over everything and particles floating all in the air. I was wheezing after my most recent workout from the stuff all in the air. What air filtration is going on during all of this because clearly not enough.

The front desk employee that I have encountered twice is one of the rudest people I have ever met. After a brutally arrogant and condescending conversation with this front desk person I asked the location of the women’s locker room, as I have only been to this gym twice, and his response was “where it always is”. Someone in management needs to give this employee a lesson on how to treat people.

Terrible with diverse people, let’s just say that. Different guess pass rules….was told it’s only for locals which is crazy maybe I want want to get a membership elsewhere but not if they all make you feel disgusting as this one has.…tighten up front desk

Nice gym overall, but maintenance lacks often. Equipment is generally fine. But:- men's Showers: most are stuck between hot and scorching. Can't cool down in them.- men's showers: have seen things like band aids or hair on shower floor and not cleaned for 2-3 days (not even remotely acceptable. Should be cleaned thoroughly at least daily)- towels: during busy hour, there can be none left- soaps etc: some have broken pumps and don't work- steam room: doesn't work 1/4 of the timeNot being nit-picky but if you're going to be a premium gym and have people pay a premium price, the small details for especially those of us that get ready for work after gym etc. (Aka use the amenities) should work and have a premium feel.

Gym is ok..😐 For what they charge (almost $100 bucks) an the major issues w/parking plus the usual over crowding problem, it's just not worth it! Unless U literally live right next to it, LOL 😆 …

I'm extremely upset about the management here. I came by the facility yesterday, June 20th and spoke with the manager about potentially joining. I informed him that I came by the facility before, as a guest, and was interested in potentially becoming a member. I informed him that I work in Hoboken. He told me that there was an option of joining via "Gym Pass" through my health insurance and that there were multiple facilities and gyms that I can use on said pass. I then took his option into consideration. Today, I discovered that crunch offers a 3 day temporary guest pass. As I walked in today, the same manager approached me at the entrance counter and asked if I was ready to join today. I informed him that I'm still thinking it over and that I had a 3 day guess pass voucher in my email. He then told me that I'm unable to use the pass. He told me that I'll be able to use the facility for today only, but I can't use the 3 day pass voucher that was emailed to me. He was extremely rude and condescending about it! I don't understand how he can simply deny my 3 day guess pass. Is he on commission and strong arming me into buying a membership? Am I being targeted as a black man? This is unacceptable! I feel discriminated against!

If I could give a negative review for this location, I would. The management at this crunch is a bunch of crooks and have proceeded to continue charging my credit card even after I had to go in person to cancel and they said they wouldn’t charge me beyond the date of cancellation. Two weeks later another charge happens and management insists they can’t refund it.

Please replace some ellipticals with treadmills. This is insane having to wait in line for a treadmill if you come here any time it’s slightly busy.
