*Edit because last review was 7 years ago**Will continue to update as time goes by*Best workout times are: 5pm-10am, barely anybody there except the hardcore gymrats, but they keep to themselves and don't bother anyone, so they won't judge, but they are extremely friendly if they see you struggling they tend to come help you.Gym is good for a fair price, more cardio machines than anything.As a starter gym its deffinitly great. Its pretty clean, always doing maintenance it feels like. Don't even bother coming during peak hours... seriously.. to many people crowd up waiting for machines that you end up sweating even before your workout.A very select few are knowledgeable on working out and even less on proper nutrition. It's definitely a good place to go for a beginner who doesn't want to interact with anybody and is a self teacher, or has friends to show them the ropes.Machines seem to break easily and it seems member steal the clips that are on the cable flies. So good luck getting a cable fly with 2 clips on it to hold ur handles. There have been a few machines that haven't worked in nearly a year now and constantly seems like they need to fix other machines. Ever since they replaced the resistance machines on the fareside away from free weight, they seem to break nearly monthly.Broken stretching room, the bar you use to stretch has been ripped off the wall and been laying on the ground for almost a year now.Employees always seem to be cleaning and will always keep distance so as to not distrupt anyone.Overall, good starter gym and fairly clean. There are a select few members that really smell and seems to be no rules against coming to the gym smelling like a junk yard, so do be warned when I say, becarefull who you work out by, or you might faint from extremely bad odor.Only one personal trainer who normaly only works 3 days a week, but she knows what shes doing.Bathrooms always seem to be very very clean because they seem to be cleaned every hour or 2. Employees at the front desk in the morning seem to be very nice and friendly each morning, can't say I know how the atmosphere is at other times but I enjoy it currently.Pros-CleanGood atmosphereEasy/cheap gymCons-Broken machinesHorrible smelling individuals who you cant say anything too or else they get offended.Lots of missing clips for gym equipment.Poor hvac/ ventilation.

Good and cheap Gym to get your workout done. My only issue is that there are way too many of one machine and way too little of others. Cleaning crew can do better but overall great!

*PSA - LOCATED UNDERGROUND*It took us forever to find because of the direction we came from. Gym is fine overall. No windows, but lots of equipment and a pretty clean facility.

Good for the price. I am not giving 5 stars however because bathrooms often times are not in great shape and/or there is no soap.

Always crowded and not having wipes to clean the machines makes it less convenient for customers. Although the price is great, you truly get what you pay for.

For starters, It’s located In a dark, lower parking garage which Is UNSAFE at night. You can’t bring a bag on the floor, (hence the sign) even the one you purchase from them & why do THEY scan you In when every other gym, you scan yourself? It creates a long unnecessary line. I walked In & It felt like a prison
