Terrible experience have been trying to reach this place for days now and no one would pick up the phone. Had a membership with them and cancelled 2 months ago and I come to find out now they never cancelled my membership after claiming they would and was charged the past 2 months and the anual maintenance fee for 2 people. Ridiculous! this is bad business.

I went yesterday night, because i was looking for a gym to start training right away, and exercise i was ready to start a membership, seems a friendly gym however when I came to ask about the membership, and request information the woman at the front desk told me in a rude way she was about to close so a rather read the paper on a clip, she seems angry and upset, i didn't know asking for information was bothering her, anyway. If they want to be at home they should stay at home. Why hiring someone who doesn't want to help people.

I was looking at the gyms in the area and I realize that this club has a terrible service in empathizing with customers. I would definitely rule him out for these actions.

I been at this gym since 2019 and to be honest it horrible specially the people that work there, always over crowded there the people very judgemental type that work at the place and I'm think by the Fall 2023 I'm going to change to a better gym with better customer service so I'm going close this gym account!

Yesterday I went to find out about this place with the intention of signing up. Unfortunately, with the simple customer service, it didn't provoke me to stay there. I know a place where they can give customer service classes to the receptionist or not even that, kind of being a person. I would have liked to give a good comment about the machines and also the small space that it is, but I didn't manage to go beyond the entrance. Good luck, I hope you help the receptionist to improve and continue to recover from the blow of the pandemic (according to old comments)

They should fire Mr. Tattooed woman with painted hair who works there from 2 pm, not only is she an inconsiderate person to treat those of us who had the intention of trying the place to stay. If not, in addition to their terrible management when it comes to canceling the service when you decide to suspend the membership without a contract. They charged me even what was not written in order to cancel my membership in addition to paying for months in which I was no longer interested in returning. So I had to pay until September of this year 2022 to be able to request the cancellation. Then pay the "maintenance" of the machines that many are useless. So I left disappointed with all the money that they miserably took from me in that place, close to $200, thinking that this nightmare was over. But oh surprise! In the following months, invoices continued to arrive where I supposedly continued to owe them September and maintenance. So I had to go month after month to deal with that cancellation with the tattooed woman with pink hair, supposedly she "solved the problem" and told me... "I've already solved it for you" I went calm thinking that she was doing her job well and Thus, the same collection invoices continued to arrive for the next few months. He would come back... and he would tell me the same thing... until the last duplicate invoice for the debt arrived, telling me that it was the last day to pay or they would send it to collections, if it is not paid it would affect my credit. The truth is that this made me very angry because I was dealing with the same woman for the last 4 months about the same problem and she never canceled anything. I was about to take legal action if the problem was not resolved that day. So I spoke to the other girl from the previous shift, explaining to her all the inconvenience that the tattooed woman couldn't solve. So she verified my account and indeed mrs. Pink-haired never canceled my membership having paid her in full. And with exact words he said. I don't know why the other girl "the one with dyed hair" never canceled your membership, here in the system it doesn't appear that she did. 🤦🏽♀️the new receptionist only confirmed that I had paid every penny and signed my cancellation contract in September and canceled it in just 1 click, and immediately gave me the backup of the cancellation invoice that the incompetent woman who never gave me He had to deal with this for over 4 months. please train that lady and teach her how to use the computer.
